Not authentic and not much of a guide
Our driver was great, but the tour guide was not much of a guide and was very hard to understand. He didn't have much information to share. We also went to an "authentic Berber village" but it was very disappointing. It was basically a sales pitch to buy oils and goods. An authentic tourist trap that we've seen many times. Kids and adults then came up to us on the street begging us to buy things while the "guides" did nothing. The waterfalls could be beautiful, but they were packed with people and we could barely move. The food was surprisingly decent. The company has great ratings because the drivers (who are very nice, and the best part!) are required to get good reviews to get paid. Now that I know my way, I would just get a car service to take me, which would be less than 100 euros round trip.
