ABSOLUTE SCAM WARNING FOR FOREIGN TRAVELERS: Stay Away from Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla! If you are an international traveler or a loyal IHG One Rewards member coming from abroad, do not trust this hotel. They orchestrate a highly deceptive trap, luring guests into booking stays under the guise of premium international hospitality, only to maliciously misplace, mismatch, and strip away your hard-earned loyalty reward points upon arrival. My original membership account and a duplicate profile were completely bungled and mismatched by their incompetent backend handling. When I discovered the discrepancies and confronted them with concrete, undeniable proof of my stays, the response from management was appallingly dismissive. Property staff members—specifically Mr. Dhruv Arahat and Miss Bhutia—rendered an utterly abyssal, lazy, and subpar level of customer service. Instead of taking accountability and escalating this internal administrative disaster to the corporate IHG team, they cold-heartedly shirked their duties, bluntly telling me that I had to resolve their systemic blunder entirely by myself. Once this establishment secures your money, your complaints will be met with total radio silence, evasion, and complete administrative stonewalling. They will systematically ignore you, refuse direct confrontation, and leave you stranded. This is not a premium 5-star experience; it behaves like a calculated, predatory scam designed to exploit foreigners and siphon points away from unsuspecting international visitors.
