    Trek Manaslu

In May of this year, I went on a trek around Mount Manaslu with Mr. Dibash's team. The organization was excellent throughout the trek, including accommodation and meals. The guides were very attentive and patient with the participants. The trek itself was without any issues. After the trek, Dibash's team took us to Pokhara, where we enjoyed our time and reflected on our experience on the trek around Mount Manaslu. I would like to express my gratitude to Dibash and his team for their excellent organization.

Response from the operator: Namaste maximb696, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience of your Manaslu trek with us. We’re delighted to hear that you were satisfied with the organization throughout the journey, from accommodation and meals to the overall trekking arrangements. We’re also glad to know that our guides were attentive and patient with everyone in the group. The Manaslu Circuit is a rewarding but demanding journey, so having a supportive and attentive team can make a real difference. It’s wonderful to hear that the trek went smoothly and that you were able to continue to Pokhara with Dibash and the team after completing the trek. We’re happy that you had time to relax, enjoy Pokhara, and reflect on your experience around Mount Manaslu. Your kind words and appreciation mean a lot to Dibash and the entire Trekking Planner Nepal team. Thank you for trusting us with your Himalayan adventure, and we hope to welcome you back to Nepal for another memorable journey. Should you or anyone you know plan another Himalayan adventure, feel free to reach out via email at info@nepaltrekkingplanner.com or WhatsApp at +9779851071767. Great guiding, story telling and befriending.

Guides- esp Anish Phuyal and Sumit Bhatta were excellent. Great knowledge about the various peaks, rivers , terrains. good description of the local traditions- both became more of friends than guides. One of us had to be airlifted due to health emergency. Anish behaved like a brother/relative. Good responsible behaviour- esp when we were getting slow, when the weather can turn troublesome . Superb photography skills also.

Response from the operator: Namaste Jet38763672831, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful experience with us. We’re delighted to hear that Anish Phuyal and Sumit Bhatta made your trek so memorable. Their knowledge of the mountains, landscapes, rivers, and local traditions is an important part of creating a richer experience, and we’re especially happy that they became friends as well as guides along the way. We’re also grateful for your kind words about Anish’s support during the health emergency. Moments like these require calm judgment, responsibility, and genuine care, and we’re glad he was there for your group like a family member. Your appreciation of the team’s attention to pace, changing weather, and photography skills means a great deal to us. Thank you again for trusting Trekking Planner Nepal and for your warm recommendation. We hope to welcome you back to Nepal for another memorable Himalayan adventure. Manaslu Circuit & Tsum Valley with Ananta and Suman

What an amazing trip! Of course, the mountains did not disappoint, but none of it would have been possible or as great without Neapl Trekking Planner. Every question or preference we had in advance was answered and handled by the office in no time. Arrival and trip prep were also straightforward. It was just two of us with Ananta, our guide, and Suman, our porter, and we just had the best time. We had a lot of fun during the trek and at the teahouses themselves, playing cards or just talking. Both Ananta and Suman are very funny, kind, and experienced. I am going to miss them a lot in my return to my routines! Tip: If you are planning to do the Manaslu circuit, do consider adding Tsum Valley! It feels completely different; you don't want to miss it.

Response from the operator: Namaste D5868DAmariav, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review of your Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley trek with us. We’re delighted to hear that the preparation and organization were smooth from the beginning, and that our office team was able to respond quickly to your questions and preferences. It’s especially wonderful to know that you had such a great time with Ananta and Suman. Their kindness, experience, and sense of humor are exactly the qualities that can turn a long Himalayan trek into a truly memorable experience. We’re also happy to hear about the fun moments you shared at the teahouses, whether playing cards or simply talking after a day on the trail. Those simple moments often become some of the best memories of a trek, and we’re glad Ananta and Suman made the journey feel like traveling with friends. Thank you as well for recommending the Tsum Valley addition. Its distinct culture, landscapes, and peaceful villages make it a wonderful complement to the Manaslu Circuit. We truly appreciate your trust and recommendation, and we hope to welcome you back to Nepal again in the future. Should you or anyone you know plan another Himalayan adventure, feel free to reach out via email at info@nepaltrekkingplanner.com or WhatsApp at +9779851071767. Manaslu Tsum Valley Trekking: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Manaslu Tsum Valley Trekking cost?

    +

Prices start at $1899 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Manaslu Tsum Valley Trekking take?

    +

Plan for about 600 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Manaslu Tsum Valley Trekking worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 84 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 51 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Manaslu Tsum Valley Trekking?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Manaslu Tsum Valley Trekking suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 600-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Manaslu Tsum Valley Trekking?

    +

Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 600-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Manaslu Tsum Valley Trekking start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

    +

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
