Manaslu and Nar phu treks experience with Touch The Himalaya - Amazing Trek in Nepal

We started a long trek Manaslu circuit including a beautiful valley called Naar Phu organized by "Touch The Himalaya(TTH)" and trekked with theirs team, was an wonderful experience. I traveled for 21 days with my friends, and this experience taught me the worth of life. The trip was exceptionally well planned and was easily customized to meet our needs by Madan, who is always available and fast to answer. Everything was prepared once we got to Kathmandu, so we didn't have to worry about anything. There isn't much you could do better: airport pickup, excellent accommodation, equipment check, welcome supper, meeting the guide, trekking permits – everything is planned, hassle-free, and without a hitch. The journey starts after a few days in Kathmandu and it is definitely an adventure. Under the supervision of Touch The Himalaya Treks and Expedition, me and other three of my friends completed a 21-day trek. The vista was simply breathtaking! Every community has a tea shop with breath-taking vistas that was completely different. Although this hike requires some amount of athleticism, it is still a lot of fun. Also, a big thank you to the kind guide (Arjun) and supportive porters who looked after our safety and possessions while making us laugh throughout the strenuous hike and helped to make this trip even more special. Although there may be more guides to enhance the experience, overall everyone is taken care of. During our trekking, I felt protected and safe. The team made sure to always have wholesome food available. The experience coordinator is excellent, helpful, and quick to answer. I was quite worn out, but it was a good experience. I also strongly recommend anyone looking for any adventures in Nepal to use Touch The Himalaya. Thank you for the excellent logistical support. Wish to see you guys back in future.

Response from the operator: Namaste Catherine, Thank you for your valuable review on this platform. It was my great pleasure to organize your trek and as we talked before about another adventure in Kanchenjungha, I hope we will meet soon next year for another Kanchenjunjha trekking. regards Madan

    fabulous trek

Madan organized a 30 day trek for me and my friends through the Manaslu, Tsum Valley and Annapurna trekking routes. It was a fabulous trek. This was the third time we have used Touch the Himalaya Treks and Expedition services and as was the case previously, he made sure everything went extremely well. He picked us up at the airport and host us at hotel in Kathmandu, arranged our fabulous guide Arjun and the porter, everything was extremely smooth. The way Madan communicate with us during our preplanning phase and made sure that our schedule will achieve our objective which was great. He managed all the requirements needed for us and end result was that despite our ambitious itinerary we achieved our objectives and had a fantastic experience. Madan and his team are highly experienced, reliable, honest and flexible. Our guide, Arjun was simply the best, and made incredible efforts to make our trip successful. I would highly recommend for a great experience with an outstanding company, Touch the Himalaya Treks and Expedition for treks in Nepal. You will satisfy with the service they provide.

Manaslu, Nar Phu and Annapurna Three Passes Trek: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Manaslu, Nar Phu and Annapurna Three Passes Trek cost?

    +

Prices start at $2,275 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Manaslu, Nar Phu and Annapurna Three Passes Trek take?

    +

Plan for about 816 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Manaslu, Nar Phu and Annapurna Three Passes Trek worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Manaslu, Nar Phu and Annapurna Three Passes Trek?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Manaslu, Nar Phu and Annapurna Three Passes Trek suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 816-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Manaslu, Nar Phu and Annapurna Three Passes Trek?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 816-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Manaslu, Nar Phu and Annapurna Three Passes Trek start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

    +

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kathmandu Sightseeing | UNESCO World Heritage sites Private/Group, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek: Private Group & Discounte Price. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
