The driver was polite and prompt; however, the advertised service was not provided. The Viator advertisement and pictures stated that water, beer, or a soft drink, along with Wi-Fi, would be included with the transportation service. None of the advertised items was provided. This was really disappointing, and I unfortunately won't be booking this company's service again.

Regarding the Wi-Fi, we provide an open network inside the vehicle as a complimentary courtesy for our guests. Please note that this service does not carry any additional cost — guests are not charged extra for it. However, our current provider may experience intermittent signal loss along certain highway areas due to coverage limitations. We understand how this can affect the experience, and we are already working on securing a new provider to ensure a more stable and reliable connection. Likewise, onboard amenities such as beverages are complimentary courtesies and are not charged separately. Nevertheless, we are reviewing internally what occurred to ensure our service standards are consistently maintained. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving every detail of our operation.
