Fantastic Experience!
We had a FANTASTIC experience with our private transfer. We booked our trip through Costco and chose the privte tranfer as part of our package. I read so many negative rewiews and was really nervous prior to arrival. I have to say that the service was exceptional. Airport to hotel thransfer was fantastic. Beautiful comfortable brand new vehichle, driver was great. On the way back - the driver arrived 5 minutes early to pick us up fromthe hotel. Again in a beautiful brand new comfortable vehicle. The service was fantastic.

Terrible service poorly executed
Had no idea where our reservation was when we arrived and took several phone calls and pictures of my reservation details and finally had a car to take us after a very lengthy wait then no confirmation of return trip and did not respond to emails or calls to verify the return trip cancelled and requested a full refund

They don't answer their phones to give pick up times
This company does not answer their phones. You need to contact them 24 hours before you need to leave to confirm a pick up time. I wasted $60 in roaming charges over 3 days trying to get ahold of them but their message just kept saying that no one was available to answer the call. I only managed to get a pick up time because the very helpful Amstar representative at my hotel knew someone who worked for the company. He was able to reach out to this person directly and get our pick up time. Without that we would have missed our ride and had to pay for a taxi. Someone else did miss the pick up and I wouldn't be surprised if they had the same issue.

BD Experience is NOT recommended!
When we arrived at Cancun airport, no BD Experience representative was at the airport's visitors area. We had to leave the airport and go outside and ask several people how to find the BD Experience representative while being harassed by swarm of taxi/van drivers offering us ride to our hotel. We finally were able to find the BD Experience representative but he was not wearing the company's uniform and he was is plain clothes. Also, we expected to be contacted by BD Experience a day before our scheduled departure, BUT we were not contacted at all, no email, text or call! We had not been provided a contact phone number for BD Experience either. So we went on the web and tried to find a phone number for them. We found 3 phone numbers for them but none of them worked. One was a recording in Spanish and then hung up, but we don't speak Spanish. The other two numbers kept ringing but no answers. So we asked our hotel concierge for help and they tried several numbers as well and fortunately were finally able to reach a local representative in town that was able to confirm our pickup time. This was very stressful and BD Experience is a terrible company and is NOT recommended at all.

Bd experience is a scam
So I booked a solo trip to playa del Carmen and booked for an airport transfer from BD Experience and paid around $200 bucks for a “private SUV” and meet and greet. None of this happened! No meet and greet. I had to ask several folks to find where they are. Expedia gave me a description of their clothing color, again it didn’t match. After finding them, someone took my name and told me to wait for few minutes. Then finally the guy came and said my ride is there, however, I was looking around, I don’t see no private SUV around. They gave me the shuttle van which is around half or less than half of the cost of a private SUV. I will demand a refund. This is not how business is done guys! This is scamming people. Trip to playa del Carmen is almost an hour from the airport, hence I paid for the max comfort I can get. I feel like I’ve been royally duped. Never again. Lesson learned. Get your private transport right there in the airport because you will get what you pay and it’s open for negotiations.
