Exceeded Every Expectation
This tour was excellent. Vulkan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He gave such a great background on the different sites and the history of how they were built that added a unique aspect to the experience. He also took me around to some restaurants and shops to experience more of the local food and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend.

Fun and interesting tour with a great guide!
We really enjoyed the tour – it was very interesting and beautifully organized. Our guide, Berke Can Gürsoy, was incredibly kind, friendly, and funny, which made the whole experience even better. We had a great time and learned a lot! The only small downside is that we felt the package was a bit overpriced for what it included. Other than that, everything was great and we truly appreciated the experience.

Volkan the great!
It was a great experience! A lot of info jammed into this tour. Volkan was super entertaining and shared a wealth of information. Prepare to do some walking - we got in over 11k steps before lunch. We saw the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, Basicilica Cistern, Hague Sofia, the Topkapi Palace and more. Very comprehensive!!
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad to hear that Volkan made your tour both fun and informative. It sounds like you covered so many of Istanbul’s highlights—Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more—all in one unforgettable day. We love that you enjoyed the comprehensive experience (and got your steps in too!). Your feedback means a lot, and we hope to welcome you back for even more discoveries in the future.

Thankful for our personal guide.
Fully packed day in a very busy city. Istanbul is vibrant and large. So thankful to have a personal guide to navigate it. We saw the highlights and were able to dart between the crowds and avoid the lines. Sabit did a marvellous job of time management so we weren’t lost in an endless sea of tourists following large group tours. He explained the history and culture in a fun and kind manor. We also had plenty of free time to shop after lunch. Back to the ship with time to spare.
Response from the operator: We sincerely thank you for your thoughtful review. Navigating a dynamic and bustling city such as Istanbul requires precision and careful planning, and we are pleased to hear that Sabit executed the mission with excellence. His ability to manage time effectively, provide clear historical and cultural insights, and maintain a smooth pace ensured that you were able to experience the highlights without unnecessary delays. We are equally glad that you had the opportunity to enjoy both the landmarks and free time for shopping, all while returning to your ship with time to spare. Your recognition of Sabit’s professionalism reflects the standards we aim to uphold on every tour. It was an honor to serve you, and we look forward to supporting your next journey with the same level of dedication.

Luxury Private Istanbul Tour (allTickets and Transfers) VIP OSCAR: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Istanbul.
How much does Luxury Private Istanbul Tour (allTickets and Transfers) VIP OSCAR cost?
+
Prices start at $390 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Istanbul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Luxury Private Istanbul Tour (allTickets and Transfers) VIP OSCAR take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Istanbul is not rushed.
Is Luxury Private Istanbul Tour (allTickets and Transfers) VIP OSCAR worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Istanbul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Luxury Private Istanbul Tour (allTickets and Transfers) VIP OSCAR?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Luxury Private Istanbul Tour (allTickets and Transfers) VIP OSCAR suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Luxury Private Istanbul Tour (allTickets and Transfers) VIP OSCAR?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Istanbul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Istanbul and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Luxury Private Istanbul Tour (allTickets and Transfers) VIP OSCAR start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Istanbul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Istanbul?
+
On Outty we rank every Istanbul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Princes Islands Blue Journey from Old City Istanbul, Famous Istanbul Pub Crawl #1 Nightlife Experience, Best of Istanbul 1, 2 or 3-Day Private Guided Istanbul Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Istanbul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Istanbul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
