Stress free cruise disembarkation with a big dose of fun!

We utilized Ziegert Airport Transfers Ltd to pick us up as we departed a cruise in Southampton and take us to Heathrow. During our booking, I mentioned wanting to tour something along the way if possible. Krystian patiently coordinated with me as I narrowed down our choices to Highclere and Windsor Castles. He secured our tickets well in advance (critical for Highclere tickets especially which sell out easily so he was right on top of when to purchase them) and we had an incredible adventure that day. He was there right as scheduled for pickup and navigated the chaos surrounding the cruise crowd with ease. The car was meticulous and he was super efficient at storing all of our luggage. We celebrated as he whisked us away from the crowds (and the many people still looking for rides) to take us to Highclere Castle to start our tours. He drove us to the closest spot possible to drop us off for that and Windsor Castle. We really enjoyed spending that day with Krystian and the care and attention that he gave us. He made us feel like family!

Response from the operator: Dear Cyndi, Thank you so much for this absolutely wonderful review! It was truly a pleasure spending the day with you, and I’m so happy we were able to put together a trip that worked perfectly for you. I’m especially glad you enjoyed both Highclere and Windsor and that everything went smoothly from the moment I met you at the cruise terminal. Helping our guests have a stress-free and memorable day is exactly what we strive for. Your kind words about the care and attention we provided mean so much to me. It was a pleasure getting to know you and making you feel like family — and I’m incredibly grateful for your trust and support. Thank you again, and I sincerely hope our paths cross again on your next visit to England! 🇬🇧😊 Kind regards, Krystian
