Nice service on boat... terrible beach club and food

Nice boat and service on boat was really good....but terrible food and booze. The boat was nice, we were squished on with a packed group though. The guys on the boat were great! We snorkeled but beware it's rough and you should be a decent swimmer, but you're amongst a TON of people, so you lose the allure. The quality of food and booze is NOt good. Was like rubbing alcohol and we were sold on a premium bar. And buffet. We were smooshed into a table with tons of other people, when the beach club was pretty empty. No tequila just "agave liquor" no thanks if you want to feel alive the next day. Same for all other alcohol. I booked it through our hotel Majestic Elegance costa mujeres and Kenny . I asked for some sort of refund and was given nothing. I felt like I was blown off and he mentioned he had been getting bad feedback... but nothing was done! Wouldn't recommend for the price , we paid 130 plus the 20 to dock per person. We ended up leaving the beach club and paid for a decent meal next door and rented gold carts around the island which I recommend as it's gorgeous!

Awesome Tour.. Petty Camera Men!

So booked this tour for a large party July 16th. Had a great time on the boat. We did snorkeling, which was awesome to see the fish and statues on the bottom of the ocean floor. Then we stopped to have a delicious lunch. We swam in the beach area for a bit and then took the boat to another beach area where we swam for a few hours. The boat crew were nice. They were kind and lively. It really was a great time on the boat. DISLIKES: **We had an issue with one camera guy that turned into also the other camera guy on boat..complete jerks. I was in the middle of taking a picture of some family. One in particular cut directly in front of me and started taking pictures.. I guess I am just non existent. So I was standing by to finish what I was doing and he got upset that I was standing by.. We allowed him to continue photographing everyone, which he took a bunch of photos of everyone in my group including my family. Then refused to show me any of the pictures he took, which I understand it's his camera, but how extremely PETTY.. Definitely would have purchased a few, but I guess his ego got the best of him or he really dislikes white woman. ‍
