ONE MEMBER OF STAFF SPOILED THE EXPERIENCE
My wife and I got off the train at London Bridge and made our way to the under boat stop.We spoke with a young lady reference what tickets were available and she recommended the hop on hop off at a cost of £65.20.She also made us aware that we could purchase the same tickets cheaper on line however to same time we proceeded with the purchase. She then took us to the point where you queue to wait the the arrival of the boat. There were 2 lanes and we were first in the queue. The other lane then filled up and when the boat arrived everyone in the other queue were let on first. When it came to our turn the member of staff who was guiding people on to the boat asked me where we were going to.I replied I didn’t know yet as I had purchased a hop on hop off ticket. She was very rude and most insistent that she had to know where we’re going too.Again I explained that I would decide when we got on.She refused to let us on and the boat left without us.She went off on one and would not engage in a friendly manner then walked off.I approached a young male of staff who had witnessed the incident and immediately apologised and said he would get us on the next boat.I asked to speak to a Manager and he let me speak to someone on his phone and he also apologised. After speaking on the phone I once again engaged with the young male and asked him did he know what was the issue that the female member of staff had with me and he said she was stressed. That member of staff in my view requires a lot of customer service training. The other 2 members of staff I had engaged with are an asset to your company .Its a pity that one member of staff can spoil what should have been a pleasant experience.
Response from the operator: Hello Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the staff member who assisted you with your ticket purchase and explained the available options. We are also pleased to hear that the colleague who supported you afterwards, as well as the manager you spoke with, were able to assist and apologise for the situation. We understand how frustrating it must have been to miss a departure, particularly after purchasing a hop-on hop-off ticket and waiting to board. We also appreciate your concerns regarding the interaction you experienced at the boarding point. We take all feedback relating to customer service seriously and will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team for review. At the same time, we're grateful to hear your positive remarks about the other members of staff you encountered and will be sure to pass these on. Thank you again for bringing your experience to our attention. Kind regards Uber Boat by Thames Clippers Team

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
London360 Unlimited Hop On Hop Off 1 Day Bus and Boat All in One: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.
How much does London360 Unlimited Hop On Hop Off 1 Day Bus and Boat All in One cost?
+
Prices start at $38 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does London360 Unlimited Hop On Hop Off 1 Day Bus and Boat All in One take?
+
Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.
Is London360 Unlimited Hop On Hop Off 1 Day Bus and Boat All in One worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule London360 Unlimited Hop On Hop Off 1 Day Bus and Boat All in One?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is London360 Unlimited Hop On Hop Off 1 Day Bus and Boat All in One suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 5. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 24-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book London360 Unlimited Hop On Hop Off 1 Day Bus and Boat All in One?
+
Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does London360 Unlimited Hop On Hop Off 1 Day Bus and Boat All in One start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in London?
+
London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs, The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit London?
+
May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in London?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
