Cruel staff, very unhelpful
Be weary that if you encounter any type of issues on your way to the tour (tube delays) they will not let you come to another time slot because you didn’t give them more than 24 hours of notice. I was going to be early and the delays caused me to be late and I was letting them know as it was unfolding. They have been nothing but cruel and unfair. I never asked for a refund, just to come to another slot that is open. Customer service and empathy are lacking with this group, and it has been extremely disappointing. Had they been nicer, and asked me to pay a fee to move it, I would have probably obliged. There is another tour tomorrow and it has slots open, but I was not offered any alternative. I don’t really understand, but I’m glad that they can enjoy that $20. It’s worth being cruel for a buck. Spend your money wisely, I definitely wouldn’t do it with them if I could go back in time.
