The tour to Beat All tours

I took a day long tour with Peter back in April and I’m still thinking about it daily. He could not have been more fun and professional, plus he had an answer for every question! I look forward to returning to London and taking another tour with Peter in the future

Response from the operator: Thanks for sharing your experience so happy you and your mother enjoyed your time with me

A splendid time is guaranteed for all!!

We had a fab time yesterday. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Michael. He is a music fan (and a drummer in a band!) and his enthusiasm for The Beatles and London shines through this tour. He is very knowledgeable about the history of The Beatles and the city of London and the four hour tour was over too quickly. I’m a huge John Lennon fan and we had some banter about our individual opinions of some Beatles folklore! We saw the major Beatles sites (apart from Abbey Road as it was closed for filming) and Michael never grew tired of taking our photos! Thank you for a great tour - it was a pleasure to have met you.

Wonderous experience with 1960s music legends

As a lifelong Beatles and 60s music fan, I was thrilled to retrace the steps of my rock heros. I learned a lot of the origins of the London music scene, all the coincidences and chance meetings, and the comradities amongst the likes of The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Dylan, Hendrix, Bowie, The Who, and on and on. To see where the recording studios were, and the mecca of Abbey Road was to feel the presence of these legends. Peter and provided volumes of backup info regarding the sights and stories from the tour, much of which I am still reading. I recommend anybody who enjoys such an immersive experience from this high-energy, knowledgeable, and articulate guide to book this tour with Peter Mulcahey!

Response from the operator: Thanks for your review

AMAZING

The tour was amazing and VERY informative. Peter drove us around in his London cab. We were offered water and a snack. We stopped at numerous places for photo ops. The toured finished with a walk in SOHO. Peter dropped us off at a great little restaurant.

Response from the operator: Thanks for sharing your experience so happy you enjoyed your time with me

London Beatles Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.

How much does London Beatles Tour cost?

+

Prices start at $360 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does London Beatles Tour take?

+

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.

Is London Beatles Tour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 60 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule London Beatles Tour?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is London Beatles Tour suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book London Beatles Tour?

+

Around 21 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does London Beatles Tour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in London?

+

London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs, The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit London?

+

May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in London?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
