It’s a cool book store - that’s about it
It is very busy. You walk in almost military like lines through the store. The inside is very detailed and lovely to look at- however a lot of people unfortunately use this as a photo shoot opportunity which means you stand in line even longer. No major complaints it is literally just a super busy and pretty book store

Informal tour operator and enjoyed visit.
We are not happy with the tour operator. We had made the reservation in the month of May for August 17th at 9:30 in the morning and two days before they told us it was not possible and we had to change the reservation for the same day at 2:00 in the afternoon with the heat there was yesterday, which was 37 degrees. As for the visit, we are happy; we liked the bookstore a lot and bought some interesting books.

Very popular & busy pre booking is essential,well worth a visit.The Dua Lipa instillation was extremely informative & a pleasant addition.

The check in process was a little funky. I bought my tickets on Viator and they couldn’t use those tix that were issued. Walking in was very underwhelming considering how intense the check in process was. Then they tell you that you can redeem the amount you paid for a book but then upon checkout you find out it’s only certain books (of course nothing we wanted). Complete waste of time.
