Kilimanjaro Climb - 7 Day Umbwe Route with Peter and Rayson
Altezza is THE way to go when approaching a climb of Kiliminjaro and a safari. We read all the reviews and this is the best company. From day one when we booked, the communication was excellent. They were clear on all of the details and organized luggage transfers, gear rental, and detailed itineraries. Our guides were the best. Peter Lamoya and Rayson in particular are the best. Peter was kind, knowledageable and even when one of us got altitude sickness, he made the summit happen. The porters were kind and helpful the entire trip. The cook was amazing! We recommend Altezza with great enthusiasm!

6 Day Umbwe Route success, thanks to Altezza!
An excellent experience with Altezza. When my case wasn’t delivered after the flight, Altezza leant me all the kit I needed to complete the trek until my bag arrived. All free of charge. This summed up their professionalism, generosity and willingness to provide the best chance of success to their clients. Guides were amazing, porters superhuman and the office always available and helpful. Thoroughly recommend Altezza!

Incredible trek up the Umbwe Route
I went alone, nervous that I would be lonely or unable to finish the climb. The porters and guides that came with me were of the most excellent and caring and communal people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was supposed to be on a 7 day Umbwe route but ended up switching the itinerary around which was so easy thanks to Altezza’s quick coordination. The pace was perfect, the food was excellent (thank you, kibuchi), and I could not have been luckier with the weather. I learned so much and highly, highly, recommend Altezza for booking Kilimanjaro. The road was steep, but overwhelmingly rewarding!!!
