itinerary was really well
Had a great day with Bourbon Bites Tours! The whole itinerary was really well put together. Every distillery had its own vibe, so it never felt repetitive, and we got to try some awesome craft bourbons we would’ve never found on our own. If you’re looking for a real Kentucky bourbon experience instead of the usual tourist stops, this is it. We’d definitely do it again!

Bourbon Bites is the Way to Go!
We are so pleased with our choice of Bourbon Bites tour package with travel. It was a full day and we needed naps at the end lol. Our driver and new friend Onel Dominguez was top notch and took care of us from start to finish. It was nice to be able to say, “here’s what we want to see” and have them plan it. They made sure to maximize our time. Overall it was a great day!

No-show with no communication.
Driver never showed up, never responded to my messages in TripAdvisor. A full refund of the cost was approved.
Response from the operator: We are sorry to hear about your experience. For transparency, this reservation was made approximately 6 hours before the scheduled tour departure time. After receiving the booking, we immediately sent an SMS message requesting confirmation of the itinerary and pickup details, which are necessary to operate the tour. Unfortunately, we never received a response. Without confirmation from the guest, we were unable to finalize the arrangements required for the experience. Despite this situation, a full refund was approved and issued. We always encourage guests booking last-minute experiences to monitor their messages and respond promptly so we can ensure a smooth and enjoyable tour.

Great transportation
We are happy we booked this tour and got a chance to see a smaller distillery that we wouldn’t have picked (Bluegrass - was amazing). We were pretty disappointed that one of our planned visits got canceled due to an event, which was beyond control of the tour operator, but they were very amenable to making things right. Van was clean and comfortable with snacks. Our driver was friendly and timely.
