Great trip, with lots to see and a perfect tour guide!

A view of some of the temples and sights a bit more out of the centre of Siem Reap. The trip was very well planned and the guide Peng was extremely knowledgable, not just about the temples and waterfalls themselves, but gave us a lot of information about Cambodia in general and how the locals lived - he also had great English. The driver was great and made sure we kept topped up with water all day. The trip was really well planned and we got to see plenty all within one day - we really appreciated that the bits we saw weren’t as busy as some of the main temples. Perfect trip if you only have limited time and want to see as much as possible.

Response from the operator: Hello David, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience! It's wonderful to hear that you had an excellent time. Peng sounds like an amazing guide, being both friendly and knowledgeable. Their passion for their job and sharing information about their country and its history must have made the tour even more engaging. Your recommendation of this experience to others speaks volumes about the quality of the tour. Thank you for taking the time to share your positive review! Best regards Angkor Doors Team

Definitely recommend!

We did 2 x full day private tours (also did Phnom Kulen) with Pheng. He’s very knowledgeable, with a sense of humour and a great laugh. He is very good at avoiding the crowds and knows the best photo spots (and he’s not a bad photographer either!)

Response from the operator: Dear Sir/Madam, How are you ?. I hope you all are well. Thank you for your value time writing to us, which we are very appreciated. We are so pleased to hear you had good time in Siem Reap and enjoyed the tours with Angkor Doors. Hope to see you again some time. Best regards Angkor Doors Team

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Siem Reap?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
