Great experience with a great guide!
Top notch experience! Included were round trip transportation from our hotel, chairs and beach umbrella at Chileno, beverages and snacks. Josue, our guide, was excellent, and patiently helped my wife overcome her fear of water so she could enjoy the trip.
Response from the operator: Hola! It means a lot to us that you chose to spend part of your vacation with our team, and we're grateful you had such a positive experience. A special thank you for recognizing Josue. Helping someone feel comfortable in the water and gain the confidence to enjoy the experience is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do, and he'll be happy to hear your kind words. We appreciate your recommendation and would love the chance to host you again on a future visit to Cabo. Gracias!

Kayaking and Snorkeling with True Baja
My spouse and I had a great time with True Baja yesterday. Pablo picked us up near our Airbnb and brought us to Viudas beach to kayak to Chileno Bay. Our guide, Paco, was very kind and informative and took great care of us. He was also very helpful and understanding to me as a novice snorkeler. The kayaking portion was challenging but not too bad if you are in moderate shape. There is a just snorkeling option if kayaking isn’t your thing. I highly recommend booking with True Baja!
Response from the operator: Thank you so muchfor taking the time to share your experience! We're glad Pablo and Paco made your day smooth and enjoyable, from pickup to kayaking and snorkeling. It means a lot to know you felt well cared for. We truly appreciate your recommendation and we hope to host you again soon!

The scenery was beautiful...
The scenery was beautiful and the guide was amazing! His name was Josuey? I might have spelled it wrong, but he took 15 minutes to get me comfortable to do the snorkeling part of the tour and pulled me around with him while we snorkeled so I could just try to relax and look at the fish. It was awesome and I plan on going again next year! I didn't get good pic, i was too busy watching everything under the water! :)
Response from the operator: Hola Tracie, What a fantastic experience! Thank you for sharing it it. Josué truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable in the water, and we’re so glad he helped you fully enjoy snorkeling. We can't wait to have you back next year for another adventure—it has been our pleasure! Saludos!

We also want to thank you for sharing that your guide’s care and expertise made you feel comfortable throughout the adventure. We'll make sure to pass along the message to him. Why this scores 70
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Kayak from Chileno Bay to Santa Maria & Snorkel + Beach Time: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cabo San Lucas.
How much does Kayak from Chileno Bay to Santa Maria & Snorkel + Beach Time cost?
+
Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cabo San Lucas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Kayak from Chileno Bay to Santa Maria & Snorkel + Beach Time take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cabo San Lucas is not rushed.
Is Kayak from Chileno Bay to Santa Maria & Snorkel + Beach Time worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Cabo San Lucas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Kayak from Chileno Bay to Santa Maria & Snorkel + Beach Time?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Kayak from Chileno Bay to Santa Maria & Snorkel + Beach Time suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Kayak from Chileno Bay to Santa Maria & Snorkel + Beach Time?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cabo San Lucas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cabo San Lucas and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Kayak from Chileno Bay to Santa Maria & Snorkel + Beach Time start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cabo San Lucas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cabo San Lucas?
+
On Outty we rank every Cabo San Lucas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cabo Desert Off-Road & Beach Horseback Combo and Tequila Tasting, Humpback Whale Watching Tour in Cabo San Lucas, Cabo All-Inclusive Private Beach Club with Open Bar and Buffet. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cabo San Lucas?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cabo San Lucas?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
