Very accommodating and worth it!
We changed our pick up time multiple times and that was not an issue. I was worried I wouldn’t know where the pick up spot would be but they sent a video from where I was arriving from (cruise terminal) to where the pick up spot was. We arrived very early at the pick up spot and messaged the company just so they knew. We expected to wait until our specified time. Instead, they just sent a driver that was already close to our location. They were very accommodating. There was a lot of room in the van and it was really comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend.

A taxi would be a much better choice
The driver was fine, the company organizing the service was terrible. They would NOT even confirm the time of pickup, we were in suspense from the moment they took our money.

Tough baggage
The first transfer from the Port to the hotel was excellent, on time. and very professional. Unfortunately the trip from the hotel to the airport was a disaster. The driver was switched at the last minute due to an accident and arrived on time. He then proceeded to drive around the area to drop a suitcase that was still in the van at a street corner. We waited a bit while someone showed up to pick it up. We then drove on to get stopped by police 3 blocks from our original location. Once we finally were on the road to the airport a quick break and start caused the back end of the vehicle to open and our luggage ended up in the middle of the road. We did make it to the airport in time for our flight due to some high speed, but the stress level was quite high. It was a 50/50 experience with the transfer company.

The last-minute driver change due to an accident and the following incidents were unfortunately beyond our control. We have already taken the necessary measures to ensure this does not happen again and tightened our driver supervision.
