Transfer from hotel terrible wait in lobby why are you not here in lobby we are trandferr outside. Hotel our fault apparently? Crappy breakfast as we couldn’t have b fast at hotel because leaving early but didn’t cos they were late tried to get us pissed before 12 sure it’s about tips ???snorkling leave all snorkelers in middle of the ocean then bugger off leave them vulnerable if they want to get back on boat no chance very load music not a class act at all get Isla mejures where do they take you to there mates jewellery shop we must meet here 2 hrs later ( funny that ) ???staff ok but when asking for tips check how much you put in def wouldn’t recommend sorry guys 😢
Response from the operator: Dear Customer: We do our best to give customers a little empathy, because traffic is a problem out of our hands, it is not something that can be controlled, what we ask the customer is to arrive early, we have the itinerary and on time , but then it often happens that there are accidents along the way, so you are asked to be patient. The food is regional, they are local stews, this is not a private tour sorry. And when you snorkel the guides always go with you, you should not say that the guide was not with you when they took care of you all the time so that you returned safely to the catamaran. We wish you the best
