Embark on an unforgettable adventure exploring some of the most popular beach destinations in El Salvador, located in La Libertad. Your first stop will be the charming village of Tamanique, where you’ll begin a 4-mile (round trip) hike to the breathtaking Tamanique Waterfalls. The trail includes descending stairs from the mountains to the canyon, requiring moderate physical effort and appropriate footwear. Once there, you’ll discover three stunning waterfalls, each with natural pools of refreshing cold water—perfect for a swim in the heart of nature. After this jungle adventure, we’ll head to El Tunco, one of the most iconic villages in Surf City. Here, you’ll have free time to walk around, soak up the surf culture, explore local shops and restaurants, or simply enjoy the scenic coastline. Please note that during high tide, the sandy beach may temporarily disappear, making swimming conditions variable. At 2:30 p.m., we’ll begin our return journey.
