Wonderful Experience!
Herbert Burgos was an excellent guide. He provided exceptional, detailed information about the El Salvador's history, culture, and development, which made the tour very informative and enjoyable. He also recommended great places for lunch and coffee, and every suggestion was excellent. The tour operator (Infini Tours) communication was outstanding from start to finish. They provided all the necessary information in advance, followed up with updates, and clearly communicated the pickup time and location, making everything seamless and stress free. The drive was very comfortable in a new, clean SUV, which made the journey between destinations pleasant. The hot spring fall is promoted as one of the highlights of the tour, and the warm water itself was very pleasant. However, the experience was unfortunately affected by the amount of trash around the area. This is not a reflection on the tour operator or our guide, who were both excellent, but rather on the condition of the site itself. I mention it simply so future visitors know what to expect when deciding whether to visit. Ataco and Apaneca towns we visited were lovely. Very friendly people, great small shops and food! Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Infini Tours to anyone wanting a great day experience.
