Poor communications and Zero customer support
I was looking forward to this tour, but my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. Due to a flight delay, I reached out to the team multiple times to ask if it was possible to reschedule for a different time or date. I was not asking for a refund—simply inquiring about a schedule change or alternative options. Unfortunately, they completely ignored multiple messages and never bothered to respond. While I understand that schedule changes may not always be possible depending on policy, failing to communicate or even acknowledge a customer’s message shows a complete lack of care once they have your money. Extremely unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend booking with a operator that ignores its guests when unexpected travel issues arise.

This was such a great tour! I learned so much about Cape Town I did not know, saw some really unique and beautiful places, and got to try some local treats. It felt so personal and fun. I highly recommend it!

You need a local’s POV!
Chaney is a true local gem! He a young Xhosa man with a ton of knowledge about the city and the country itself. He gives you rundown of the social and economic background of the city. The local marketplaces, the Mandela statue and the significance of the place, the gardens, and threw in some local Indian snacks. Green square marketplace at closing was nice too….. not so hectic. If you wanna get a real feel for the city, this would be a great option.
