Collection and drop off efficiently added enjoyment to our holiday.
After initial delay in airport pickup (we got through immigration and baggage quickly but driver was still late) everything went well. Return pickup as well as pick up and return at Johannesburg we're faultless. Vehicles were clean and drivers very helpful. Would recommend and will use again.

Disappointing service.
I booked an airport transfer for my husband as I was not sure about driving on the N2 at 11pm on my own to collect him. I called to confirm the collection on the morning of. My husband waited and waited. I whatsapped the number to find out where the driver was and was told ‘ Hi, sincere apologies for missing this booking, I will refund you.’ Appalling service.

Absolutely Terrible and a complete waste of money
We arrived in Cape Town and there was no one to meet us. We waited a while and tried the contact number we had been given, it did not work. We eventually waited nearly an hour and then gave up and paid for service from another company. We had booked and paid extra for the luxury car service for both into and out of Cape Town. When the car for our return journey arrived it was old and scruffy. The driver while pleasant wasn't exactly smart either. We felt really disappointed and contacted Expedia on our return. We have just found out that we will not be refunded for the first half of the "service". We will not use this service again and urge others to be very careful. If it was possible I would have given a no star review.

Professional, clean AND SAFE service
rating 4.5 This service was excellent and left me with peace pf mind when arriving in Cape Town and not knowing who to trust. We got out of the baggage claim very quickly and the driver was not there right away. We tried contacting the company but within 10 minutes the driver arrived. He said he was tracking our flight and had a slight delay in the car park. In all fairness, our bags were the first ones out and so were we but not seeing him immediately left a little panic in me. He guided us to the car and when my hubby checked his messages the company was able to "see" that we were in the car and on route to our hotel. It was reassuring to know it was all being tracked and very professional. Stephen was professional and friendly and arrived in a van big enough for all our bags. Upon departure, we contacted the company to say our flight had a later departure time than originally booked and requested the driver to come a little later. We were waiting in our lobby and security came to get us when Stanley arrived. Stanley was also professional and gave us some insightful information about Cape Town as we drove to the airport. The cost of this transport was equivalent to what the taxis were charging but well worth it for the comfort and safety. Ubers are cheaper but then you wouldn't get the attention, comfort and space.

1-4 Passenger Arrival & Departure Cape Town - Airport Transfers: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cape Town.
How much does 1-4 Passenger Arrival & Departure Cape Town - Airport Transfers cost?
+
Prices start at $980 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cape Town usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 1-4 Passenger Arrival & Departure Cape Town - Airport Transfers take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cape Town is not rushed.
Is 1-4 Passenger Arrival & Departure Cape Town - Airport Transfers worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cape Town, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 1-4 Passenger Arrival & Departure Cape Town - Airport Transfers?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 1-4 Passenger Arrival & Departure Cape Town - Airport Transfers suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 1-4 Passenger Arrival & Departure Cape Town - Airport Transfers?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cape Town can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cape Town and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 1-4 Passenger Arrival & Departure Cape Town - Airport Transfers start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cape Town within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cape Town?
+
On Outty we rank every Cape Town experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Penguins Day Tour from Cape Town, Table Mountain, Boulders Penguins and Cape point Day Tour, Wine Tour: Paarl, Franschhoek & Stellenbosch incl 3 wineries. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cape Town?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cape Town?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
