Brilliant scenery
We booked this trip through get your guide for £12.75 each. Great price. We were picked up at our hotel for 9.10am. People were picked up along the way buy I suggest people make sure they are ready as we had to wait for a few people which isn’t great. Seven springs was 1st and took around 45 mins to get to. It’s not good if you have limited mobility as the walk is very stoney and uneven. Make sure you bring water shoes to walk along the 167 metre water tunnel. The only negative is the lack of signage as you can’t walk back through the tunnel and we got lost trying to find the restaurant to get a drink. We only had 1 hour here and felt rushed. Next stop was Lindos. The bus parks at the top of the hill and you’ve to walk down to the beach or kinda down and back up to acropolis which entry is €28. We chose to head down, grab some lunch and enjoy the sea. You have 3 hours free time here. Then you have to walk back up the very steep hills to your bus. The guide on the bus was brilliant. Even stopped so we could take pictures on the route. Also gave some explanations of things as we were passing. It’s a brilliant day out but a lot of walking

Awful
We arrived promptly at the initial meeting point and a taxi driver arrived with our name who took us to the rendezvous point to wait for our coach, with others waiting with us. A Kariba bus arrived and we gave the female guide our name and told her that we had booked the tour of Lindos and The Springs, she abruptly told us that this wasn't our coach and to wait for the next one. The next coach arrived which was running a different tour to Lindos only, this driver told us he also didn't have our name (not unsurprisingly), he told us to ring the office (where 'Jacob' put the phone down on us twice) and was preparing to drive off and leave us stranded on the roadside! We insisted on getting on the coach and the driver relented and said that he would sort things out later! At some point on the way to Lindos the coach stopped and we were transferred onto the initial coach we had been sent away from, the guide was the same rude woman who had told us 'we' had made the mistake. The other coach had obviously been made to wait for us, and it was very humiliating getting onto the other coach where the passengers had been under the impression that we had delayed their excursion. We have had no apology, no explanation and the trip was ruined .... totally unprofessional and no accountability for their mistakes, shambles!
Response from the operator: We have try to make your trip more easy and relaxing,we sent a private-taxi car to pick you up from your accommodation because the road was closed for the bus ,you missed the bus from the pick up point and hopefully another driver of our company picked you up and brought you to the correct bus ,we have tried to treat you very kind and instead of telling thank you to our staff your behaviour was very bad .You did the whole trip and you didnt miss anything .We have try to explain on the phone your misunderstanding and you put down the phone twice.

Disappointing customer service
Booked and paid for our day excursion via Booking.com. Received confirmation by email. Less than 24 before departure I received a WhatsApp message stating the excursion date had to be changed to a different date. At this point, no explanation was given and no apology. The alternative date was not suitable due to other commitments. I asked for the trip to be cancelled and a full refund issued, but was told they couldn't not do this because I hadn't booked directly with them. Instead, I spent several hours sending emails to Booking.com, who were unaware the trip wasn't going ahead, to try and secure a refund. This was eventually processed. Although I received an apology from Booking.com, not once did I receive an apology from Kariba Travel. I ended up booking a boat trip to Lindos instead from Rhodes Town with Rhodes Sealines, which was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I could not recommend Kariba Travel.
Response from the operator: First of all ,we had to change the date because of the weather conditions, second you had to ask for refund from the platform that you did the booking,we explained several times how can you make it ,when we told you you that has to transfered we asked before if it is possible ,my colleagues spent hours to guide you to make the refund ,we told you our apologies but was not our fault . Thank you

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Guided Bus Trip to Lindos village & 7 Springs: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rhodes.
How much does Guided Bus Trip to Lindos village & 7 Springs cost?
+
Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rhodes usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Guided Bus Trip to Lindos village & 7 Springs take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rhodes is not rushed.
Is Guided Bus Trip to Lindos village & 7 Springs worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 55 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Guided Bus Trip to Lindos village & 7 Springs?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Guided Bus Trip to Lindos village & 7 Springs suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Guided Bus Trip to Lindos village & 7 Springs?
+
Around 19 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Guided Bus Trip to Lindos village & 7 Springs start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rhodes within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Rhodes?
+
On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Rhodes Exclusive Swim Cruise Cocktail Open bar & Gourmet Buffet, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rhodes?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rhodes?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
