    Appalling customer service

We arrived at the area intending to walk through the tunnel to the lake. We found that the tunnel was quite narrow and had running water through it. We didn’t know it had running water and hadn’t been told this by the travel agent on booking. If we had known this we would have brought our beach pumps, as we were not too keen on walking in the water barefoot on possibly stoney ground. We were also told by other tourists that they didn’t know this either and also some found the tunnel quite claustrophobic and dark. Some tourists may find this quite difficult for them. These points should be mentioned by the travel agent and on the brochure itself as a warning. We went to see this particular travel agent the next day, trying to point this out and she was very defensive and consistently stressed her side of this conversation, completely not seeing our view at all. She was quite arrogant in her manner, there was no empathy or apologies for any misunderstandings. No matter what we kept trying to say, she kept this challenging manner and wasn’t seeing our point at all. She became dismissive turning away saying she has to do ‘the rest of her work.’ We had intended to book another trip with them, as there seems to be no other travel agency around but because of her argumentative manner, we didn’t stay to book it. Personally, we don’t think she cared either way, mainly because the tourists in the Rhodes old town area are maybe a captive audience.

Response from the operator: Hello,we have to explain that the laydy was the only person until now that mention about the tunel, the guide is showing the tunel to the clients and if they want they pass through ,we say all these in our details ,second when the lady with her poor husband came to our office ,and i am telling poor because he eas trying to control the nerves of her wife ,she was repeating for 30 minutes the tunel and the watershoes that forgot to bring with her.Our stuff in the office was extremely polite and patient in a level that never before we before. She was trying to brake our nerves but she couldnt find the way. I think is the first and i hope the last time to meet a client like that lady. We treat to our clients with respect ,doesnt matter if they will buy somthing or not but we vdont accept from people like this lady to speak so offensive . I am sorry her husband .

Safe, clean and safely driven by Philipe, accompanied by our guide Helena. Plenty of time at each location and the map have out was very useful.

    Good value for money

Good communication before the tour. We were picked up as arranged on time in a comfortable minibus. The tour was very enjoyable, and the tour guide was excellent. For the price it was great value.

Guided Bus Trip to Lindos Village and 7 Springs: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rhodes.

How much does Guided Bus Trip to Lindos Village and 7 Springs cost?

    +

Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rhodes usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Guided Bus Trip to Lindos Village and 7 Springs take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rhodes is not rushed.

Is Guided Bus Trip to Lindos Village and 7 Springs worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 28 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Guided Bus Trip to Lindos Village and 7 Springs?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Guided Bus Trip to Lindos Village and 7 Springs suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Guided Bus Trip to Lindos Village and 7 Springs?

    +

Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Guided Bus Trip to Lindos Village and 7 Springs start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rhodes within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Rhodes?

    +

On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Rhodes Exclusive Swim Cruise Cocktail Open bar & Gourmet Buffet, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Rhodes?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Rhodes?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
