Grand Cannon tour
Informative, without the tour I would not have gained as much knowledge about the sites, people and history. Friendly guide. Excellent tour.

Fantastic Grand Canyon Tour
We had never booked a tour before, and glad we did this one. Keaton was a great guide, knowledgeable and friendly. Lunch and snacks were perfect. Made the trip very memorable. We are retired teachers and it was nice to relax, no worries about the drive. Keaton took pictures of us and gave us a great informational brochure about the Grand Canyon, wildlife…We visited Native American ruins and the Cameron Trading Post. Money well spent, would do it again. Thanks Keaton.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m especially honored that your first guided tour experience was with Grand Day Tours. As retired teachers, I’m glad you appreciated the educational side of the day along with being able to simply relax and enjoy the scenery without worrying about the driving. I’m also happy you enjoyed the lunch, snacks, photos, and guidebook materials! I really try to make the experience feel personal and memorable from start to finish. Thank you again for spending the day with me, and I’d love to have you back out to the Grand Canyon anytime!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m really glad you had a great day out at the canyon. It means a lot to hear that the history, culture, and landscape all came together for a memorable experience, that’s exactly what I aim for on every tour. Perfect 8 hour Grand Canyon Tour
Could not ask for a better tour from an experienced guide. Picked up and dropped off at Club Wyndam in a modern 10 passenger van. Went to many viewpoints, GC Village, and a Navaho trading Post at a leisurely pace. Keaton has extensive experience as a guide and the knowledge to explain geological features of the whole area. As an owner operator he is quite motivated for you to have a perfect tour experience.
Response from the operator: Thank you George! It was great to spend the day with you and show you all my favorite parts of the Canyon, so glad to hear you had a Grand Day!

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Grand Canyon Day Tour with Lunch Included - Pickup from Flagstaff: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Flagstaff.
How much does Grand Canyon Day Tour with Lunch Included - Pickup from Flagstaff cost?
+
Prices start at $225 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Flagstaff usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Grand Canyon Day Tour with Lunch Included - Pickup from Flagstaff take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Flagstaff is not rushed.
Is Grand Canyon Day Tour with Lunch Included - Pickup from Flagstaff worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Flagstaff, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Grand Canyon Day Tour with Lunch Included - Pickup from Flagstaff?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Grand Canyon Day Tour with Lunch Included - Pickup from Flagstaff suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Grand Canyon Day Tour with Lunch Included - Pickup from Flagstaff?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Flagstaff can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Flagstaff and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Grand Canyon Day Tour with Lunch Included - Pickup from Flagstaff start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Flagstaff within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Flagstaff?
+
Flagstaff sits at 7,000 feet between the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Antelope Canyon: day tours to all three, plus Lowell Observatory stargazing and Route 66 history walks. On Outty we rank every Flagstaff experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Grand Canyon Day Tour from Flagstaff, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Day Tour from Flagstaff, Grand Canyon Tour from Flagstaff. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Flagstaff?
+
May to October for canyon trips, December to March for snow at Snowbowl. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Flagstaff?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
