First we welcome our guests and begin with a vineyard tour, during which we go in the vineyards and explain the production process over there, then we enter distillery to see how the processes of fermentation and distillation turn molasses into souma & tsipouro. Afterwards, we engage in wine tasting analysing how the vinification process affects the final products while having an in-depth approach to wine tasting. Next, we approach the culinary aspect of our tour by conducting a cooking lesson. Our cook joins to show and explain different dishes that we prepare all together. During the lesson, our guests are invited to participate and follow our instructions to prepare traditional dishes of Rhodes. Such Fun
This was such a fun experience! We learnt a lot about the wines and making Greek food whilst having lots of laughs! Jason was very knowledgable and a great host! Would recommend if youre looking for a different "wine tasting" experience!

Fun experience for a group of 10 of us. Jason, a second generation wine maker is extremely knowledgeable in wine, olive and the culinary arts.

Enjoyable and fun day
Collected from our hotel on time with a shared taxi and driven to the vineyard. Had a very interesting introduction to the vineyard and wine making process at the start of our day, then we had a wine tasting of five lovely wines with clear explanations about each. We then had a Greek cookery class which was fun, followed by sitting down for a Greek tapas style meal, which was absolutely stunning, the food was amazing and the wine was limitless. It was so enjoyable having lunch in such a beautiful setting looking over the grape vines and rolling hills. We then also had a tasting of a spirit that’s made on site and had the opportunity to purchase this along with the wines and olive oil. Our transport arrived on time to take us the return trip. What a lovely day, it couldn’t have been better.
