You must do this cooking class!
Wow! You must do this. You learn how to cook pasta and bruschetta. And it's down in the valley looking at San Gimignano. You cook with the best chef, leonardo, who is so patient with novices. You make the dinner that you eat. And you get the taste wine. While enjoying Exquisite fabulous Tuscan views. Can you tell that I fell in love with this! Okay

We had an outstanding time at Podere la Marronaia! The pasta cooking class was wonderful, the host and cook/teacher were superb, and the setting was gorgeous, with an incredible view of San Gimignano. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Magical Experience
We traveled to Italy with our family, 8 adults, and were looking for a great experience in San Gimignano. With such a large group we were worried about being able to all experiencing a cooking class together. The owner was quick to get us accommodated for class. We arrived and were taken to an upstairs farmhouse kitchen where the chef was waiting for us. From the moment of arrival, we felt at home and in awe of the magical views out of the kitchen window while we learned to make homemade pasta and sauce. The experience was so amazing! We made all three dishes and began to eat while sampling the wine and olive oil they make. Just a great experience. Left with amazing memories, great recipes and a case of wine being delivered home. Strongly recommend this experience. If you can’t make it to the pasta class, just visit them for their great wine, olive oil and incredible hospitality. Oh they have great dogs around the property to that demand attention too. Highlight of our trip.

Golden Grains & Gourmet Pasta Cooking Class: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for San Gimignano.
How much does Golden Grains & Gourmet Pasta Cooking Class cost?
+
Prices start at $275 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in San Gimignano usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Golden Grains & Gourmet Pasta Cooking Class take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in San Gimignano is not rushed.
Is Golden Grains & Gourmet Pasta Cooking Class worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in San Gimignano, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Golden Grains & Gourmet Pasta Cooking Class?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Golden Grains & Gourmet Pasta Cooking Class suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Golden Grains & Gourmet Pasta Cooking Class?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in San Gimignano can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in San Gimignano and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Golden Grains & Gourmet Pasta Cooking Class start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central San Gimignano within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in San Gimignano?
+
On Outty we rank every San Gimignano experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Wine and food tasting in an organic family winery, Tuscan Cooking Class, Tuscany Wine Tour: 2 Wineries & Chianti from San Gimignano. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit San Gimignano?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in San Gimignano?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
