Worst Transfer Ever!!
I would give this company zero stars if I could. I booked 4 months early. I ordered an Estate car which on the website says 4 adults, 3 large bags and 2 carryons. This should have been more than enough for my wife and I. Instead the driver showed up 23 minutes late in a Kia. Not the comfort I ordered or expected. It took the driver and 2 door men from my hotel another 10 minutes to figure out how to make our 2 large bags and 2 carryons fit in the car. The driver was unable to see out the back window making unsafe driving conditions and leaving us cramped in the car. The company refused to make any price adjustments. The driver told us he had just been given the ride late the night before even though we had booked it months prior and I had also had a WhatsApp conversation with the company prior and now they refuse to respond to me. I would never use this company again.

Don’t use this company!!
I would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered an estate car which says on their website it would hold four large pieces of luggage and two carry-ons and four people instead I was given a Kia, which was stuffed to the brim. It took three people to figure out how to load the two large bags I had and two carry-ons. The company refused to refund my money through Viator. The driver wasn’t even notified that he had a ride until the night before, even though I ordered it three months prior. I would never recommend this company.

The drive was exceptionally clean and the driver was quite friendly. He gave some good history tidbits. However drivers should avoid talking about American politics. Not cool.
