Perfect boat experience
We highly recommend a day out with Georgios on Gin Tonic Lindos Sailing⛵️💙 Beautiful swimming spots, sea caves and we were spoilt with fresh fruit, Prosecco, beer and a delicious Greek lunch. 🇬🇷🥂 A fantastic day from start to finish — we didn’t want it to end! ☀️ See you in 2027 Georgios for more adventures!

Fabulous family day
Such a wonderful day from start to finish. Georgios was super helpful from first contact and the day was amazing. A small immaculate boat with only 10 people meant it was the perfect calm day with very quite swim stops and both my children had the chance to sail the boat - a holiday highlight for them both!
Response from the operator: Thank you for your kind feedback Rach. Really glad we could offer a highlight for your family. Safe travels and see you next time!

A magical experience 10/10
A 10/10 experience with Georgios and his beautiful sailing boat Gin Tonic. We booked very last minute for a special birthday, private sunset sail. Georgios was quick to reply and very helpful with ALL my questions (sorry about that!) Communication was very easy via WhatsApp and we booked direct. The boat was beautiful with lots of comfortable seating/sunbathing areas and shade if needed. The trip was more than we could have ever hoped for and it truly was a birthday and afternoon we will never forget . Georgios was very kind with my young kids and our 5 year old spent lots of time steering the boat (and wearing the captains hat!) which he loved and hadn’t stopped talking about. The 3 hours went by so fast - we stopped for a swim in the most beautiful clear waters where we were served a delicious floating fruit platter! Complimentary drinks were offered throughout the trip and the option to play music. Although a very calm afternoon we were still able to put the sails up which was beautiful. To top off a perfect afternoon, we were presented with an amazing birthday cake and bottle of bubbles whilst we dropped anchor in Lindos bay. With the sun setting and Lindos village as a backdrop it really was idyllic and so special. It really made my birthday! We thoroughly recommend booking, you will not regret it. :) Thank you so much for giving us these amazing memories. We will be back next year!
Response from the operator: It was a real pleasure hosting you and your family meandmysuitcase1 (C). Thank you for the brilliant review and really glad you had such a special birthday with us. You are welcome back anytime so will hopefully see you again in the future!

Lovely relaxing day out sailing
Lovely day from start to finish. Georgios was very welcoming and his boat is lovely! We enjoyed the food and drinks on offer and the music was perfect for sailing - when the sail went up it was so relaxing. It was 6 of us altogether and 2 other couples who were lovely. The boat had plenty of places to sit, lie down in sun or shade and was just a lovely day. We had 3 stops for snorkelling and a swim. The last stop was by the caves in Lindos and everyone swam in but you can’t swim through!!! I’m so slow I didn’t make it in time. We had some fun with Georgios!! He let me steer for a while and we nearly went to Turkey!! Thoroughly a really lovely day and would recommend this as a nice break in your holiday from the pool and your regular beach.
Response from the operator: Thank you Emily, Loved it reading through all the various aspects highlighted in your kind review. Thank you for taking the time to write it and hope to see you in a future cruise with us!

Amazing trip!
We had an absolutely fantastic day on the Gin Tonic boat cruise in Lindos. From the moment we stepped aboard, Captain Giorgios made us feel less like customers and more like friends spending the day on his boat. His hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable. The boat was beautiful, the swimming stops were amazing (including cave swimming and a remote beach accessible only by boat unless you climb down a sheer wall), and the food and drinks were excellent. The relaxed atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. There were three of us and two other couples, and the boat never felt crowded. There was room to move around and some shade for those who don’t want direct sun all day. We saw several other boats that held 20–25 people, and while they looked fun, they also looked like the big party boats whereas the Gin Tonic is much more relaxing. Captain Giorgios is from Rhodes, so he provides the local color we greatly appreciate when traveling. He went above and beyond in every way, including arranging transportation back to our car for us. If you’re looking for the best boat experience in Lindos, don’t hesitate to book with Captain Giorgios of the Gin Tonic. We would do it again without hesitation and highly recommend it.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much Al. Would have you back without hesitation too and I am so glad you had such an enjoyable experience. Love all the aspects of the trip you highlighted and it's a real pleasure to hear that you appreciated the local feel offered on the day.

Why this scores 81
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full/Half Day Small Group Boat Trip with Food and Drinks: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rhodes.
How much does Full/Half Day Small Group Boat Trip with Food and Drinks cost?
+
Prices start at $56 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rhodes usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full/Half Day Small Group Boat Trip with Food and Drinks take?
+
Plan for about 5.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rhodes is not rushed.
Is Full/Half Day Small Group Boat Trip with Food and Drinks worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 81 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 80 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full/Half Day Small Group Boat Trip with Food and Drinks?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full/Half Day Small Group Boat Trip with Food and Drinks suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full/Half Day Small Group Boat Trip with Food and Drinks?
+
Around 28 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 5.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full/Half Day Small Group Boat Trip with Food and Drinks start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rhodes within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Rhodes?
+
On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Rhodes Exclusive Swim Cruise Cocktail Open bar & Gourmet Buffet, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rhodes?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rhodes?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
