Excellent excursion
This was an excellent experience! All day, which in the heat felt long, but I wouldn't have wanted to miss out on any of it. Informative guides and just having someone else organizing it was helpful. Price felt fair and the fees for the parks made sense. A great way to spend the day.

Tulum and cenote great experience
Tulum experience was great. Very knowledgeable guide, Juan Ramon. Cenote swimming in the cave with Otto was amazing. Lunch was good with tropical drinks. Otto the guide and Caesar the driver took great care of us and Otto did a wonderful job explaining everything in both French and English. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 instead of 5/5 was the swimming with turtles. The location was very busy. Lots of people. Lots of boats creating wakes. Had to swim out quite far and still did not leave the sargasso behind. It was overwhelming. Definitely not a peaceful swimming with the turtles experience. We did see turtles but it was more an exercise in swimming in unpleasant circumstances. At the end of a long day in the heat it was too much. Pass on the turtle portion if you can.

Tulum turtles and cenotes.
We had a really fun time! Cenote was an amazing experience and the turtles swim was lots of fun. Guides were great and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Transportation issue
Be careful if you book from Tulum. The tour guide gave the taxi driver money to take us back to the meeting point at eh Hotel Andreas. He took us to another town and said “we finish here”. It was like a bad movie. I called Nancy the tour director who said she couldn’t help me. Had to pay more money (which we gladly did) to get a taxi back.

Turtle swim & cenote
Stacy was an amazing guide. There was some issues with transportation, and Stacy gave us options for a return trip and swim. Despite the other groups on our tour being disrespectful, Stacy made sure we still enjoyed our time!
