Go with them!

Can’t go wrong with this company. The communication was quick and deficient, pick up timely, organizational skills over the top. They even were able to help me buy my lunch, although I could not get cash from the ATM. The van is extremely comfortable and they adjust the itinerary as they go, to make sure you catch the best sights. Hugo, the guide, was one of those people who you don’t forget: you can’t beat 20+ years of experience in the area and so much talent in dealing with all sorts of people. He seemed to know everything, no question was left without a thorough answer: nature, history, politics and economics of the region. He was passionate about what he had to share, the sentiment was contagious. I recommend this agency 100%. I would book them again.

Response from the operator: Hello Pablo! Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re happy to hear you had such a great experience and that everything—from communication to flexibility—met your expectations. We hope to welcome you again soon in Puerto Madryn

Great wildlife tour

It is a very long drive on dirt roads, but the wildlife was amazing, we saw llamas, a flock of rheas, penguins, mares, an armadillo, sea lions, elephant seals and orcas. We were blown away by the amount of wildlife, and in late January the wild flowers were all in bloom. Our guide Nicholas, was super enthusiastic and as excited as we were to see the wildlife, he was both knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend, although I think we were very lucky to see as much as we did. Plenty of rest rooms and a good cafe for lunch.

Response from the operator: Hello Patricia, Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad you had such an amazing wildlife experience, and that Nicholas made it even more memorable. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the wildflowers, facilities, and lunch as well. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to see you again for more adventures! Regards from Sussanich Turismo

Peninsula valdes day tour

Very good day tour, great information provided, got to view both wildlife and sealife on this tour, and two areas to purchase snacks/lunch. We got lucky with high tide coming in to see two orcas, lots of seals, penguins, sheep and guanaco.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the tour and had the chance to see such amazing wildlife. We hope to welcome you back soon for another unforgettable experience!

Great business

Sussanich did a really good job organising our tour and was flexible and commercial in relation to pricing. They are also 10x more communicative than other providers and as western tourists, we appreciate that. We ended up doing the tour itself with Rustica Patagonia - probably because they work together, but that was very slightly confusing. Thank you to Lucia and Inaki!

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! Clear communication is something we prioritize, and we’re glad it added to your experience. Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back on another time soon!

Full Day Peninsula Valdes Experience - optional Whale Watching: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Puerto Madryn.

How much does Full Day Peninsula Valdes Experience - optional Whale Watching cost?

+

Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Puerto Madryn usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Full Day Peninsula Valdes Experience - optional Whale Watching take?

+

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Puerto Madryn is not rushed.

Is Full Day Peninsula Valdes Experience - optional Whale Watching worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 82 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 57 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Puerto Madryn, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Peninsula Valdes Experience - optional Whale Watching?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Full Day Peninsula Valdes Experience - optional Whale Watching suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Full Day Peninsula Valdes Experience - optional Whale Watching?

+

Around 20 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Puerto Madryn can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Puerto Madryn and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Full Day Peninsula Valdes Experience - optional Whale Watching start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Puerto Madryn within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Puerto Madryn?

+

On Outty we rank every Puerto Madryn experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best of Peninsula Valdés in one day, Shore Tours Punta Tombo Cruise Ship Passengers Puerto Madryn, Snorkeling with Sea Lions by Madryn Buceo. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Puerto Madryn?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Puerto Madryn?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
