The worst experience of my life
Terrible experience. Bus was late, too small to get all the people. In the port total mess, no one knows where should we go. I am asking lady from the Staff - excuse me, is this boat with this ticket? And she started SCREAMING "You should know what you booked!!!". No - booking via GetYourGuide is not giving any information that we are going with amazing Hernandez company. If I knew before, would have NEVER bought it. Unprofessional, terrible staff, wasted day, wasted money. It's better to stay in the hotel, than to go with them.

Lovely relaxing boat trip
This was a lovely cruise - my partner and I enjoyed it despite not being sun worshippers and it being a very hot day and my teenage daughter (who does like the sun) loved it too. Great breeze on the boat and if you sit in the right place there is some shade. She loved the swim stops - the fish in the blue lagoon were amazing (I recommend taking a mask and a water proof phone pouch - you can buy them on Comino). You can stay on the boat or go onto Comino (you have to get free tickets for Comino online which was very easy to do) - which although busy was fine, lots of places to get cocktails/cocktails from at a reasonable price considering it's a tourist trap. Refills were 3 or 4 euros so much cheaper than the UK! Great to have soft drinks / beer/ wine included in the price. Food was good, nice selection of salad/pasta dishes and delicious potatoes. Plenty of time to swim at the blue lagoon and one other location. There are a lot of people on the boat - if you are a sunbather you probably need to arrive early to get a spot. We were happy sitting looking out to sea. Pick up and drop off from/to our hotel was all included and went smoothly. They were parked waiting for us at the end of the cruise - they have your name so you just need to check to get on the right mini-bus.

Accessibility to board the boat from the sea
The staff and journey was lovely. The food was ok too. However, the ladder to get back on the boat was dangerous and challenging to climb on to. Upper body strength is a must. An extended ladder into the waters would’ve been a lot easier. Not worth paying the extra money for little boat to the caves. It was rushed, and sadly didn’t let people have a quick dip. Greedy business.

OK but overpriced
It was an OK day but too expensive for what it is. They herd on as many people as possible but unless you're among the first to arrive, there's nowhere to sit. And it's even more difficult if you're looking for a spot in the shade. The buffet was OK but very basic, a long way from "delicious". The stairs to the toilet are a death trap if the deck is slippery with water, as it was in the afternoon, when the sea was quite rough. A number of people were sick. One woman left a bit of vomit on a mattress but the crew just stacked it up with the rest at the end of the day. Didn't bother to clean it.

Good if you want scenery only
We booked this experience through our hotel, thinking it would be something totally different. For the price we were expecting a more ‘intimate’ cruise and a more modern setting. The boat had a lot of people on it, and we felt very squashed, especially when it started raining and there was minimal cover. The included lunch was good, however if you’re planning to have a couple of drinks, the only drinks you can get are a white wine or beer as well as soft drink. The crew were also quite nice. Non smokers be aware, you are allowed to smoke on the boat anywhere outside, which meant getting some second hand smoke and not being able to escape it. We were able to go swimming in 2 spots, however one was near where other boats docked which was unfortunate because we had to get back onto the boat when other boats came to dock. The other one was near Gozo, and if you’re wanting to explore Gozo, you can’t with this tour because you have to literally swim to the island. The Blue lagoon optional boat trip left much to be desired, as it cost €15 pp for a 25 min boat ride where you could hardly see anything because of other people taking photos and videos and couldn’t even swim in the waters there! I recommend this tour if you’re okay being on a boat with lots of other people and are wanting to drink a lot, however if you’re wanting to swim and relax, this may not be the one for you.
