Response from the operator: hi there and happy new year! While i value all 5 star reviews, I am not sure this review is meant for my slow down adventure, as I don't have an interior space, unless we are speaking of my heart..i also have to admit i'm not that chic or modern but i do try to convey relaxed but upbeat energy! Hope to see you on my adventures!

Unique, joyful, grounding experience.
This was such a cool experience. Nothing like a traditional tour. I met with Tara and then she sent me out with several recommendations for places to experience the best of mindfulness in the beauty of Sedona. Her activities were encouraging, grounding, and fun. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to connect more deeply with themselves and the beauty in Sedona.
Response from the operator: It was lovely to meet you and share some of the things i have learned in my many years and many hikes and adventures in Sedona.. thank you for being open to something different and new.

A beautiful experience
It was a beautiful and wonderful experience. My husband and I took the advice that was provided to us before our experience began and it helped us to maximize all Sedona had to offer us in that moment and it was refreshing. We definitely felt the beautiful energy nature offered during our hike.

Happy Birthday To Me & A Most Memorable Experience!
I have been to Sedona many times, but had yet ever hiked one of its trails. It was my birthday and decided it would my gift to myself! I chose to do a solo mindful hike. The sponsor, Tara, spoke with me the evening prior to determine my level of experience and expectations. She then met with me the morning the hike to share which trails she thought would be best for me - I chose the Smoke Trail at the Red Rock State Park. She then explained, and provided via text, a selection of mindful activities I could choose to do, to enhance my hiking experience. She also advised me to keep alert to any "gifts" Sedona may present to me along the way. At first, I thought these activities might feel intrusive to simply taking a quiet hike. However, having an open mind and trusting Tara's vast experience in hiking, I gave it a go! The hike turned out AMAZING! The activities I chose to do gave me wonderful memories, and unexpected gifts, of my first Sedona hike. For example, see the picture of the rock covered with Lichen, I wrote this Haiku poem: Lichen or not, I Celebrate getting older In Sedona style! I highly recommend this Viator Activity to anyone and everyone! Tara is very a very thoughtful, caring and creative person. Next year, I plan to return with my three sisters, and do the scavenger adventure hike - can't wait!

Guidance from the Soul
Tara was such an amazing host for this experience. She was so understanding about me being nervous to do this solo that she offered her service to guide me through a 3 hour hike. It was something I never thought I could do but her experience and guidance gave me confidence to do the amazing hike she recommended. Her passion to guide people through this hiking experience and the scavenger hunts she offers is what makes this so much worth it. I definitely recommend Tara’s adventures! I’m glad I met such a beautiful soul too!

Feel the Sedona Energy w/expert advice from The Vortex Whisperer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sedona.
How much does Feel the Sedona Energy w/expert advice from The Vortex Whisperer cost?
+
Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sedona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Feel the Sedona Energy w/expert advice from The Vortex Whisperer take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sedona is not rushed.
Is Feel the Sedona Energy w/expert advice from The Vortex Whisperer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sedona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Feel the Sedona Energy w/expert advice from The Vortex Whisperer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Feel the Sedona Energy w/expert advice from The Vortex Whisperer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Feel the Sedona Energy w/expert advice from The Vortex Whisperer?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sedona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sedona and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Feel the Sedona Energy w/expert advice from The Vortex Whisperer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sedona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Sedona?
+
Sedona's activity market is dominated by off-road jeep tours, and the difference between operators comes down to which trails they are permitted to run. Beyond that: vortex and energy walks, hot air balloon lifts at dawn, stargazing sessions in one of the darkest skies in the country, and Grand Canyon day runs north. We rank on permit access and group size. On Outty we rank every Sedona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Grand Canyon Complete Tour from Sedona or Flagstaff, Sedona’s ONLY Guided ATV Tour: Western Red Rock Backcountry, Sedona Off-Road Jeep Tour: Rugged Western Canyons & Wildlife. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sedona?
+
March to May and September to November. Summer afternoons bring monsoon storms. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sedona?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
