Peaceful vortex tour
Our vortex tour with Danil was very personalized and spiritual. He was so gracious and spent time getting to know us. He explained that we needed to not expect so much but to allow the experience to happen. Due to the "pocket fire" in Flagstaff we rescheduled our morning tour for the evening so the smoke can go away. We enjoyed the evening tour because the colors in Sedona are unbelievable. Danil is very in tune with nature and stops to appreciate the colors, the vegetation, and all the scenery. We began with a meditation which was very peaceful. We visited a few spots, and there was one vortex site that made us feel very comfortable, and we didn't want to leave the spot. He fed us yummy cookies and delicious tea. He was in no rush to take us back and spent good time with us.

Highly Recommend - Personalized Tour
I highly recommend this tour. Danil carefully selected locations for us based on what I could handle with my asthma flare up and fear of heights. His passion for what he does l was evident from the beginning. We were grateful for his vast knowledge and beautiful meditations. He was prepared with pillows, chairs, walking stick, and water refills as well as water mist and sage. The tea, cookies and chocolates that his wife made were delicious too! Thank you both!!

Amazing first experience with vortexes!
What an amazing day! We are so thankful for the time we spent with Daniel! None of us have ever experienced vortexes before. Daniel guided us in a beautiful meditation, and then we traveled to several vortexes. It was amazing to feel the energy! We were all touched in different ways, it was astonishing how it showed up for each of us. We ended the day with dipping our toes in oak creek, which was an amazing experience. Thank you Daniel!!

Great experience customized to our interests
My partner and I did a private tour with Irina.. She was amazing as was the whole experience. She customized the tour to our interests, led a wonderful meditation with yoga and a bit of tai chi at one of the vortex, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the vortex, energy, Plante life, and more. We also did an outdoor walking meditation at a Buddhist temple. Irina’s homemade cookies, chocolate, and tea at the end were a wonderful surprise and great way to cap off the experience, and afterwards she followed up links to her own meditations and several other great resources. Totally recommend!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing this, Janice! I’m really happy the experience touched you both in such a meaningful way. Those moments of connection, presence, and taking in Sedona’s beauty together are what make these experiences so memorable. It was wonderful meeting you both. Kind regards, Irina

Why this scores 80
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Four-Hour Sedona Vortex Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sedona.
How much does Four-Hour Sedona Vortex Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $223 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sedona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Four-Hour Sedona Vortex Tour take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sedona is not rushed.
Is Four-Hour Sedona Vortex Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 178 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sedona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Four-Hour Sedona Vortex Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Four-Hour Sedona Vortex Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Four-Hour Sedona Vortex Tour?
+
Around 62 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sedona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sedona and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Four-Hour Sedona Vortex Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sedona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Sedona?
+
Sedona's activity market is dominated by off-road jeep tours, and the difference between operators comes down to which trails they are permitted to run. Beyond that: vortex and energy walks, hot air balloon lifts at dawn, stargazing sessions in one of the darkest skies in the country, and Grand Canyon day runs north. We rank on permit access and group size. On Outty we rank every Sedona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Grand Canyon Complete Tour from Sedona or Flagstaff, Sedona’s ONLY Guided ATV Tour: Western Red Rock Backcountry, Sedona Off-Road Jeep Tour: Rugged Western Canyons & Wildlife. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sedona?
+
March to May and September to November. Summer afternoons bring monsoon storms. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sedona?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
