Reliable, Professional & Fun Sedona and Grand Canyon Tours/Airport Transfers
I called the hotel we were planning on staying at in Sedona to recommend a round trip Phoenix Airport transportation company and they happily referred us to Zeus M Tours. Derek picked us up from the Phoenix Airport and also for our full day tour to the Grand Canyon and he was welcoming, caring, professional and knowledgeable of all the sights we were excited to see! We became fast friends and settled in for a beautiful day! From my first point of contact with Amanda a few months prior to our travel plans, I felt confident that my husband and I would be taken care of by Zeus M Tours. Amanda was SO lovely and patient with my questions and helped me create a wonderful and memorable trip itinerary to Sedona with personalized tour recommendations. The Grand Canyon was SO beautiful and Derek took pictures of us with my phone and packed us a delicious picnic lunch! We also booked a helicopter tour through Amanda and flew over the Grand Canyon - WOW WOW WOW! The day was absolute perfection and one we will NEVER forget! We were picked up the next morning for our 4 hour Sedona Tour by Jennifer and she was fun and informative while showing us amazing local sites and landmarks. Her sense of humor aligned with ours and we had such a fun and GREAT time together! While we were with her we asked about a sunset view and she set up a mini sunset tour and dinner plans for our last night in Sedona. She took gorgeous pictures on my phone and it was a relaxing and lovely evening for us - a wonderful way to end our trip! Derek drove us to/from the Phoenix Airport and was wonderful with communication throughout our trip. I highly recommend using their reliable transportation services and booking fun tours with this awesome company! Thank you SO MUCH Derek, Amanda and Jennifer!!!!

Once in a lifetime trip full of amazing memories. Pictures just cannot reflect the beauty. Our guide Aaron was beyond impressive. He went out of his way to make the most of our time and ensure that we had a memorable experience. Will definitely use this service again. The value of the memories we made is priceless.

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full-Day Grand Canyon Private Tour from Sedona: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sedona.
How much does Full-Day Grand Canyon Private Tour from Sedona cost?
+
Prices start at $449 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sedona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full-Day Grand Canyon Private Tour from Sedona take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sedona is not rushed.
Is Full-Day Grand Canyon Private Tour from Sedona worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sedona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full-Day Grand Canyon Private Tour from Sedona?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full-Day Grand Canyon Private Tour from Sedona suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full-Day Grand Canyon Private Tour from Sedona?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sedona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sedona and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full-Day Grand Canyon Private Tour from Sedona start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sedona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Sedona?
+
Sedona's activity market is dominated by off-road jeep tours, and the difference between operators comes down to which trails they are permitted to run. Beyond that: vortex and energy walks, hot air balloon lifts at dawn, stargazing sessions in one of the darkest skies in the country, and Grand Canyon day runs north. We rank on permit access and group size. On Outty we rank every Sedona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Grand Canyon Complete Tour from Sedona or Flagstaff, Sedona’s ONLY Guided ATV Tour: Western Red Rock Backcountry, Sedona Off-Road Jeep Tour: Rugged Western Canyons & Wildlife. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sedona?
+
March to May and September to November. Summer afternoons bring monsoon storms. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sedona?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
