The popularly known as pink beach in Yucatan is visited annually by thousands of tourists intrigued by its peculiar pink lake, this paradise of calm waters is in the Yucatan peninsula and is world famous. Those who have visited it are impressed by its beauty. The pink lagoon is a spectacle to behold that no one can miss. The lagoon has this very particular pink color because the water has a very high concentration of salt, in addition to the depth, millions of microorganisms live that give it that pink appearance. Keep in mind that depending on the sunlight it is the shadow that you will see. Forks! It is not the same shade of pink in the morning as it is at sunset.

Amazing day

We got an amazing time. Tour guides and the experience was just mindblowing. Learning a bit more about the the salt production and the mayan mud were just a perfect combo. The lunch was realy tasty.
