Observations.
If you mean the airboat ride, it was our second time with this company. If you mean the reservation through Viator, the receptionist said that they had a hard time getting reservations through Viator into their website, so they did not have a record of our coming.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback and for visiting the Everglades with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the experience enough to return for a second visit. We sincerely apologize for the reservation issue upon arrival. While bookings are confirmed through our reservation system, there can occasionally be delays or communication issues between third-party platforms and local operators. We understand how frustrating it can be when your reservation is not immediately visible, and we appreciate your patience while the staff resolved the matter. We are continuously working with our partners to improve the booking process and ensure a smoother check-in experience for all guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for another great Everglades adventure in the future.

Not the best but worth the money
Pros: Affordable airboat tour of Everglades. Easy to find as it is right at the guest office of the Sawgrass Recreational Center. Friendly and accommodating staff. Cons: we have not seen any alligators 🐊 in the wild although our captain tried to spot some. Kids were excited to pet the baby alligators that were supposed to be in the zoo, but the closest show was more than 1.5 hours away so we did not wait. Overall it was a nice speedy ride on the airboat and a little zoological center that’s available afterwards. It was worth the $39/person we spent (as opposed to $125/person private boats charge), but I probably would not want to see it again.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the airboat ride and found the tour to be a fun and affordable way to explore the Everglades. It’s also great to know that our team made you feel welcomed and that the location was easy to find. Wildlife sightings can sometimes be unpredictable since the animals are in their natural habitat, but we’re glad to hear that your captain made the effort to try to spot some alligators for you. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the animal show schedule, as comments like yours help visitors plan their time better. Thank you again for visiting and for sharing your thoughts. We’re glad you had a nice experience and hope you enjoyed your time in the Everglades!

Scam
We got a text with the wrong address where to meet …there was no one to contact about meeting up in the email it is very confusing and no refunds or responses this is a scam
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion. The correct check-in location is listed on the voucher and booking confirmation, where there is a gift shop and ticket office at the entrance where guests check in for the Everglades airboat ride and wildlife show. Many guests successfully check in there each day using the instructions provided. If there was any confusion with a map pin or directions, the staff at the ticket office are available to assist guests upon arrival. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to make the check-in instructions as clear as possible for future visitors.

Above all else, get ear...
Above all else, get ear muffs or ear plugs. The airboats are extremely loud. Beware smells you will be in the wild, animals smell.

Fun experience!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and best part, we got to see a gator, blue herons and a few other birds. Teenagers enjoyed the animal encounters - we got to hold a baby gator, touch a ball python and a turtle. Kat, the animal care taker was very patient and answered a lot of questions.

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Everglades Admission Ticket with Airboat Ride and Wildlife Show: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Fort Lauderdale.
How much does Everglades Admission Ticket with Airboat Ride and Wildlife Show cost?
+
Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Fort Lauderdale usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Everglades Admission Ticket with Airboat Ride and Wildlife Show take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Fort Lauderdale is not rushed.
Is Everglades Admission Ticket with Airboat Ride and Wildlife Show worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 30 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Fort Lauderdale, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Everglades Admission Ticket with Airboat Ride and Wildlife Show?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Everglades Admission Ticket with Airboat Ride and Wildlife Show suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Everglades Admission Ticket with Airboat Ride and Wildlife Show?
+
Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Fort Lauderdale can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Fort Lauderdale and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Everglades Admission Ticket with Airboat Ride and Wildlife Show start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Fort Lauderdale within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Fort Lauderdale?
+
Fort Lauderdale sells canal and Millionaire's Row boat cruises, Everglades airboat trips, snorkel and dive charters on the reef, and Miami and Key West day trips. Boat size and reef conditions drive the quality of the water tours. On Outty we rank every Fort Lauderdale experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 1-Hour Interactive Pirate Cruise (arrive 30 minutes early), Fort Lauderdale Segway Tour, Half-day Everglades National Park Tour and 1-Hour Air Boat Ride. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Fort Lauderdale?
+
November to April, with warm water year round. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Fort Lauderdale?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
