Day out for Bond

We did the bond experience today and had a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable in everything. We had even extra things he told us on other stuff.

DO NOT GET SWINDLED! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

They canceled our tour and did not refund my money. I sent letters to Trip Advisor and to Imagine Experiences . I called Imagine Experiences during their business hours and several other times and only got a voice mail. I left several messages and never heard from anyone. Judging by the multiple messages I got from Trip Advisor, they do not have a very good system nor good communications, which means poor customer service. I have sent 4 emails to Trip Advisor and 6 to Imagine Experiences all before the 24 cancellation period. They canceled on me! Because of the coronation. They sent me an email and told me they would refund my money but no money has been refunded and it has been over 4 weeks. Worst Customer Service! And Trip Advisor is no better, asking me to review a tour that they know was canceled. I feel swindled by Trip Advisor and the company they advertised as Imagine Experiences. Save your money, do not order any tours through Trip Advisor, they do nothing to help you.

Response from the operator: We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused. It's true that our tours typically require a minimum of two participants to proceed, and we strive to provide unforgettable experiences for our customers. However, there are instances, such as the recent situation with Transport for London advisories and external events beyond our control, where we must prioritize safety. In recent months, we've faced challenges due to increased protest activity in areas where our experiences take place. These protests, often related to global conflicts or domestic issues, have occasionally led to street closures and disruptions in the vicinity of our tour routes. While we make every effort to operate our tours as scheduled, there are instances where local authorities, such as Transport for London, advise against conducting tours in areas affected by protests due to safety concerns. Our primary concern is always the well-being of our team and customers, and we must adhere to these advisories to ensure their safety. We sincerely regret any miscommunication or inconvenience you experienced. We value your feedback and will continue to improve our processes to ensure better service in the future. Additionally, it's important to clarify that it's not within our power to operate experiences in unsafe conditions or locations as advised by local authorities. We regret to inform you that the cancellation of your tour was due to a protest in the vicinity of the tour route. While we endeavor to provide our experiences as scheduled, instances such as protests can lead to safety concerns that prevent us from conducting tours in affected areas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Furthermore, regarding your review, we kindly remind you that it's not possible to review an experience that was never taken. We value honest feedback from our customers, but it's essential to base reviews on actual experiences to ensure fairness and accuracy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Essential Spy: A JAMES BOND-THEMED Experience IN LONDON: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.

How much does Essential Spy: A JAMES BOND-THEMED Experience IN LONDON cost?

+

Prices start at $139 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Essential Spy: A JAMES BOND-THEMED Experience IN LONDON take?

+

Plan for about 3.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.

Is Essential Spy: A JAMES BOND-THEMED Experience IN LONDON worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.3/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Essential Spy: A JAMES BOND-THEMED Experience IN LONDON?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Essential Spy: A JAMES BOND-THEMED Experience IN LONDON suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 15. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3.5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Essential Spy: A JAMES BOND-THEMED Experience IN LONDON?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 3.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Essential Spy: A JAMES BOND-THEMED Experience IN LONDON start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in London?

+

London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs, The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit London?

+

May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in London?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
