A true, authentic experience!
My tour with Carolina was the highlight of my entire trip! She was recommended through my accommodation host, and rightly so, because not only was the tour itself incredibly insightful and authentic, but so was Carolina! She was kind, funny and full of incredible information on the region. Everything was seamless from start to finish and I felt like I was able to get an experience that wasn’t just the usual tourist hotspots. Most importantly, Carolina LOVES Setúbal, and I think the best part of the tour was getting to experience everything through the eyes of someone who is genuinely adores the area and the people in it. Her mother even gifted me a painted rock with the places I had visited that day on it! It was so thoughtful and the personal touches are really what made this experience better than the rest!

Great day in Setubal Region!
Fabulous tour! Carolina was knowledgeable about the history and art of Portugal, enthusiastic in her love for the Setubal region, and a lot of fun to spend the day with. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. Carolina was organized and helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely take any tour with Carolina!

Passionate and knowledgeable local guide
We had a wonderful day with Carolina exploring Setubal's historic centre and visiting the Arrabida region. Carolina is a lovely, warm and engaging person, with a lot of knowledge to share. She loves her home town of Setubal, and we came to appreciate it at a much deeper level too, understanding it's history and culture over the years. Our tour was personalised for us, which was perfect, and we highly recommend Carolina as a personal guide of this area. It was great to discover the richness of Portuguese life and the beauty of Arrabida from someone so informative and lots of fun to be with. Thank you Carolina!

A Magical Tour Guide!
I just LOVED everything about my time with Carolina! She's totally professional and knowledgeable, but so uniquely wonderful as a guide. History and beauty come alive with her spoken words and vibrant energy. She adores Portugal, and her area of Portugal is something she is so proud of, and devoted to. We saw amazing sights, the ocean and mountains, several towns, and everything was so beautiful. I see why she stays in the area. The good news is she offers CUSTOM tours to people, as well as what is listed on her website. Just Google Carolina Tours, you will be happy you did. I was sad to part ways, as the tour concluded. Great fun way to get to know the Setubal area!
We had a great day with Carolina getting to know more about the Setubal area. Markets, castles, painted tiles and local wines. We even saw dolphins! She’s full of information and enthusiasm. Thoroughly recommended.
