Perfect day trip
We had a wonderful day. Our guide was nice. He spoke very good English and explained a lot about Georgia and wine making. The group was small and the locations were interesting. The car had some problems so the ride back was hot…but this is unexpected. Great day out from Tbilisi

Kakheti tour
It was a lovely tour. We explored Bodbe Monastery, which offers a stunning view of the Alazani Valley. We also visited Sighnaghi and enjoyed a wine tasting. The guide was very friendly and engaging. We had the chance to travel in a separate minivan with just six of us, making it quite convenient. The driver was also very pleasant. Overall, it was a nice day trip.

Great tour
We really enjoyed the tour! Our guide was fun and full of interesting stories and anecdotes. We tasted freshly baked bread, a variety of cheeses, and of course some great wine. The first stop was a shop with plenty of gift opportunities, like churchkhela, spices, homemade wine, and pastila. Thank you to the Dream Tours team!

Dive into the rich history and culture of Sakartvelo Georgia
Exceptional Kakheti & Sighnaghi Tour Experience Mr. George was truly exceptional in narrating the rich history and culture of Georgia. His storytelling is vivid and engaging—if you use your imagination, he genuinely brings you back in time. Through his words, Georgia’s past comes alive in the most fascinating way. The tour to Kakheti and Sighnaghi was absolutely wonderful and unforgettable. I was amazed to discover that Georgia has its own Great Wall, comparable in concept to China’s, and the views overlooking the majestic Caucasus Mountains were simply breathtaking. Every stop felt meaningful, scenic, and full of history. What made the experience even better was Mr. George’s patience and kindness—especially since I was always the last one to come back 🤭. His professionalism and calm attitude made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the journey. This tour deepened our appreciation for Georgia as a country—especially knowing that it is the first civilization to turn grapes into wine. Everyone in the group was fascinated by how rich, authentic, and culturally deep Georgia truly is. What to Expect from This Tour: Experience: A perfect mix of history, culture, wine heritage, and stunning landscapes. The tour is immersive, educational, and emotionally enriching. Admission Fees: Most attractions are either included or very affordable, making the tour excellent value for money. Length of Visit: A full and well-paced day, though honestly, the time frame still feels not enough—Georgia has so much more to offer that you’ll wish the tour were longer. Atmosphere: Relaxed, inspiring, and full of wonder. Ideal for travelers who love learning while enjoying scenic views. Crowd Size: Comfortable group size—never overwhelming, allowing personal interaction with the guide and time to enjoy each location. Staff / Guide: Mr. George stands out for his deep knowledge, storytelling skills, patience, and genuine passion for his country. Best For: History lovers, culture enthusiasts, first-time visitors to Georgia, photographers, wine lovers, and travelers who enjoy meaningful and well-guided tours. This experience is truly priceless. If you want to understand Georgia beyond just sightseeing—and feel its soul—this tour is highly recommended. 🇬🇪✨

Why this scores 69
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Discover Kakheti Wine Country & Sighnaghi, the City of Love: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tbilisi.
How much does Discover Kakheti Wine Country & Sighnaghi, the City of Love cost?
+
Prices start at $14 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tbilisi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Discover Kakheti Wine Country & Sighnaghi, the City of Love take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tbilisi is not rushed.
Is Discover Kakheti Wine Country & Sighnaghi, the City of Love worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 52 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tbilisi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Discover Kakheti Wine Country & Sighnaghi, the City of Love?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Discover Kakheti Wine Country & Sighnaghi, the City of Love suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Discover Kakheti Wine Country & Sighnaghi, the City of Love?
+
Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tbilisi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tbilisi and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Discover Kakheti Wine Country & Sighnaghi, the City of Love start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tbilisi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tbilisi?
+
On Outty we rank every Tbilisi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tbilisi:Evening Walking & Talking Tour with Wine & Boat Ride, Kakheti Wine Region Tour + 10 Premium Wine Tastings & Sunset, Tbilisi:Mtskheta,Jvari,Bazaar, wine tasting,Chronicles of Georgia. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tbilisi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tbilisi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
