Great dinner and show!

Really enjoyed the Nepali show. The restaurant manager was so welcoming and accommodating when it comes to switching items on the menu. The food was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend activity to anyone visiting Kathmandu.

Food wasn’t too bad,...

Food wasn’t too bad, decent choice on the menu. The Nepalese wine was eye watering, but the dancing lacklustre!

Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that the cultural show did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the performance. We have already shared this feedback with the venue team and will work closely with them to improve the quality of the cultural program, especially the traditional dance performance, so that it feels more engaging, lively, and authentic for our guests. We also appreciate your comments about the food and drinks, and we will continue working to improve the overall experience. Thank you again for helping us improve. We truly value your input.

Amazing 8 Days of Culture & Adventurous Journey

Thanks to wonderful arrangements by Eyes on Nepal, Sara & I had a fantastic 8 days experience in Nepal two cities, Kathmandu & Pokhara. For me Kathmandu is more like an amazing enriching cultural journey with the temples, museums, and busy streets of Thamel, and The Kumari Ghar, and also experiencing yoga in Panchashree Yoga Retreat, while Pokhara is more like an adventurous journey with remarkable scenary of The Fishtail from afar. And Siddhartha had done a fantastic arrangements so I could experience both journeys. It was my first time visiting Nepal—and second time for Sara—and all the guides (Raj and Khrisna in Kathmandu, and Ram “the rice killer” in Pokhara) made it easy and pleasant for me with their patience, knowledge, humor, and unique style. The drivers (Laxman in Kathmandu & Balaram in Pokhara) were also excellent, friendly, and helpful. Siddhartha also chose the best hotel in best location (close to shopping streets—which I like); WoodApple Hotel & Spa and The Arts in Kathmandu, The Trekkers Inn in Pokhara, and Anu Guest House in Dhampus. The facilities worked well and the hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. So thank you very much Siddhartha & Team. I wish someday I could visit Nepal again (hopefully with Sara) and surely will contact Eyes on Nepal again. They’re highly recommended for you when visiting Nepal.

Dinner with Cultural Show Kathmandu: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Dinner with Cultural Show Kathmandu cost?

+

Prices start at $17 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Dinner with Cultural Show Kathmandu take?

+

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Dinner with Cultural Show Kathmandu worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Dinner with Cultural Show Kathmandu?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Dinner with Cultural Show Kathmandu suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Dinner with Cultural Show Kathmandu?

+

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Dinner with Cultural Show Kathmandu start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
