    What you'll see and do

    1. RiNo Art District

Tour-goers will be guided on foot through the RiNo Art District to see some of the best murals and street art in the country. We'll stop at anywhere from 20-30 pieces, but you'll see nearly 100. (And we love questions about all of it.) We'll also stop to discuss the neighborhood's rapid change has brought new hip businesses but also contributed to the displacement of long-time residents ... and has had an effect on the art. We'll end at Denver Central Market (about a 1/2 mile from the start) where you can grab food or drink from any of the gourmet food hall's 10 restaurants.

    • Wheelchair accessible
    • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
    • Service animals allowed
    • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
    • The majority of the walking tour is paved. There are one or two sections that may go over hard-packed dirt. And we also go down an alleyway for a few blocks that sometimes has debris and/or glass. We have had many strong people in wheel chairs on the tour with no problems, but those in wheel chairs without a lot of strength may find it difficult in certain sections.

A wonderful behind the scenes look at Denver

I have lived in Denver for almost 40 years and just recently heard about this tour. The walk was so enjoyable, and included getting to know other guests from different parts of the world. We learned about the artists, saw areas of Denver I’d never been to, and really enjoyed the art and stories our guide shared. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and had a friendly, enthusiastic style. While the walk is 2 miles, it’s at an easy pace suitable for everyone. It was definitely a great way to spend a morning.

Great tour, perhaps a bit long

Excellent tour - the amount of street art in the district is overwhelming, and the tour gives it context and purpose. Beware hot or sunny days in Denver. You need sunscreen and be prepared to sweat. The tour is a bit long at 2 hours+. You are done by 1.5 hours, even with a mid-point break in A/C. You might want to drop out at the halfway point, though the second half is quite interesting as well as the first.

    Highly recommend!

Two adults, two teens. All of us thought the tour was great! Will guided us with humor, history, and insights. We felt like we saw interesting street art, learned about the artists, and picked up some Denver trivia too. Highly recommend!

    Will is a great tour...

Will is a great tour guide. Knowledgeable, personable & enthusiastic for what he does. This is the 2nd time that I've taken the tour. First way back in 2018. I thoroughly enjoyed learner about the artist & their art. Both times I came away with a new understanding of the craft.

    Informative and colorful!

We were not familiar with Denver, so booked this tour at the beginning of our trip to get the lay of the land in the RiNo district. Will was a great guide- knowledgeable for sure! We were the only guests that day, so got a private tour! The meeting spot was easy to find, and Will did a great job of helping me minimize my walking while still hitting a lot of important pieces. We looped around for a couple hour, and since the tour ended at the Central Market we stayed there for lunch after the tour. Really learned a lot about the Denver graffiti scene and about the graffiti community in general.

Denver Graffiti Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Denver.

How much does Denver Graffiti Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Denver usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Denver Graffiti Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Denver is not rushed.

Is Denver Graffiti Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 83 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 192 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Denver, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Denver Graffiti Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Denver Graffiti Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Denver Graffiti Tour?

    +

Around 67 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Denver can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Denver and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Denver Graffiti Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Denver within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Denver?

    +

Denver is a launch pad. Rocky Mountain National Park, Pikes Peak, Red Rocks and the Georgetown rail loop all run as day trips, and altitude makes the timing of your first hike matter. In town: brewery crawls, Union Station food walks and Red Rocks show nights. We rank mountain operators on van size, pace and whether they build in altitude acclimatisation. On Outty we rank every Denver experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Twilight Ghost Tour, 2 Hour LoDo Historic Walking Tour in Denver, Downtown Denver Food Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Denver?

    +

June to September for open mountain passes, or December to March for ski shuttles. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Denver?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.

What is included in Denver Graffiti Tour?

    +

Included: Guided Tour. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.

    +

What languages is Denver Graffiti Tour offered in?

    +

It runs in English. Pick your language when choosing a date and time, as not every departure runs in every language.

Will I get instant confirmation and a mobile ticket for Denver Graffiti Tour?

    +

Confirmation is sent by the operator after booking, usually within 48 hours; if it is not confirmed you are not charged. Mobile tickets are accepted, so you can show the voucher on your phone.
