    Nice trip despite heavy rain.

We loved the trip...the drive was good, the red rocks stop was great...as it turns out we could have stopped here a bit longer. unfortunately as we got into the mountains it poured rain, and spat hail, and the temp went down to 42f. the guide gave us a few different stops, one of which was a short walk along a stream. Still, the guide made it enjoyable. One thing...they should fix the mike.

Response from the operator: What a hail storm, right?! Sorry we couldn't get the mic to work, we are working on that right now. Come back another time and we can make it up to you!

Great Tour for Great Denver Views

This store was really good. Emily was our guide and she was amazing in many ways. The time allotted for the activities and the places we visited really gave us a good flavor for the Denver area outside the city.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear that Emily provided such an amazing experience. We appreciate your support and hope to welcome you back on another tour soon!

How long does Shared Half-Day Mountain Tour in Red Rocks Evergreen and Echo Lake take?

Is Shared Half-Day Mountain Tour in Red Rocks Evergreen and Echo Lake worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 91 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 932 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Denver, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule Shared Half-Day Mountain Tour in Red Rocks Evergreen and Echo Lake?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Shared Half-Day Mountain Tour in Red Rocks Evergreen and Echo Lake suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book Shared Half-Day Mountain Tour in Red Rocks Evergreen and Echo Lake?

    +

Around 326 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Denver can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Denver and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Denver?

    +

Denver is a launch pad. Rocky Mountain National Park, Pikes Peak, Red Rocks and the Georgetown rail loop all run as day trips, and altitude makes the timing of your first hike matter. In town: brewery crawls, Union Station food walks and Red Rocks show nights. We rank mountain operators on van size, pace and whether they build in altitude acclimatisation. On Outty we rank every Denver experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Twilight Ghost Tour, 2 Hour LoDo Historic Walking Tour in Denver, Downtown Denver Food Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Denver?

    +

June to September for open mountain passes, or December to March for ski shuttles. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Denver?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
