Nice Tour
The Tour seemed to be awesome, but was dampened due to the weather and rain. However, the guide from Best of Switzerland Tour, Ms. Renata tried her best to conduct the tour as positively but rain was the biggest dampner.

SCAM! HIKED PRICES! UNPROFESSIONAL
DO NOT BOOK! I would give zero stars if I could. The screenshot texts with the operator show you that I am not exaggerating. Our tour was changed 4 hours prior to something completely different. We arrive to the site and the actual person all but tells us we are getting ripped off and this new tour has no snow. (Mind you, the whole point of an SNOW EXPERIENCE is to see SNOW) Also the prices are much higher with this operator. They will comment some nonesense about “dynamic pricing” but do not fall for it. Go directly to best of Switzerland tours located at Zurich HB train station to book your experience. It’ll be much cheaper. Also my name is not Lou?? Which means they were just copy and pasting their message to all the people who bought the ticket. Viator ended up doing the right thing and refunding but the operator made it extremely difficult for us. 0/10 DO NOT BOOK
Response from the operator: Hi Kamsi, our apologies for the inconvenience caused, though our team has reached out to you a days in advance to inform that cable car in Mount Titlis is not operational due to the incremental weather conditions, and offered you two option choose either similar excursion to mount Pilatus or a full refund, you have opted to signup for the other excursion, you have reached at the meeting point 20 mins late, our bus coaches waited additional 5 mins for you, team has guided you throughout to reach at the meeting point, but you couldn't make it, hence we have to leave the tour with other travelers, we have already offered you the full refund.

Extremely beautiful!
The landscapes and location are incredible. We were lucky and it had snowed the previous few days and, despite having gone in summer, there was a lot of snow on the peaks and surroundings. Highly recommended!

Scam tour
Dont be fooled by this tour. We paid USD 220 per person rather than the normal USD 186 per person tour to Mt Titlis/Lucerne as it represented it was a small group tour of not more than 10 people. When we went to check in there was no such tour and our names were listed for the normal big bus tour. We had no choice but to join the said tour . Lucky the tour was good but we still feel cheated and have since complained to Viator . We hope to get the difference in prices refunded. No reply yet from Viator .
Response from the operator: Dear Khay thanks for your feedback, the last minute purchases have dynamic pricing and thus you paid the extra amount, we are happy that you have enjoyed the tour.

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Daytrip to Mt. Titlis Eternal Snow, Glacier & Lucerne from Zurich: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Zurich.
How much does Daytrip to Mt. Titlis Eternal Snow, Glacier & Lucerne from Zurich cost?
+
Prices start at $272 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Zurich usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Daytrip to Mt. Titlis Eternal Snow, Glacier & Lucerne from Zurich take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Zurich is not rushed.
Is Daytrip to Mt. Titlis Eternal Snow, Glacier & Lucerne from Zurich worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Zurich, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Daytrip to Mt. Titlis Eternal Snow, Glacier & Lucerne from Zurich?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Daytrip to Mt. Titlis Eternal Snow, Glacier & Lucerne from Zurich suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Daytrip to Mt. Titlis Eternal Snow, Glacier & Lucerne from Zurich?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Zurich can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Zurich and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Daytrip to Mt. Titlis Eternal Snow, Glacier & Lucerne from Zurich start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Zurich within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Zurich?
+
On Outty we rank every Zurich experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Zurich Food Tour with 10 Local Delicacies, Cheeses & Chocolates, Private, excellent guided tour of Zurich (from CHF 21/pers.), Zürich Historic District Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Zurich?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Zurich?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
