Lake Como Kitchen Private Dinner 10/10
Genevieve and Bruce came to our villa and cooked us an authentic Italian meal during our stay in Como! The food was divine, and the company even better! Great people, highly recommend!

Lovely and memorable experience!
We had a lovely and memorable evening with Lake Como Kitchen. We were welcomed by Bruce immediately upon arrival and he showed us to Lake Como Kitchen while sharing the rich history of the building and the region, including the sights visible from the window, over prosecco and charcuterie. Genevieve and Bruce made the whole experience welcoming, informative, and easy to follow. We had such a fun time making our own ravioli and will treasure the photos and recipes which we plan to use next time we host guests in our home. It was not your average “cooking class” it was a curated experience that felt like having dinner with new friends. We only wished the evening was a little longer so we could have enjoyed a slower meal. Highly recommend this special experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Genevieve and Bruce!! They are not just fabulous cooks, but over-the-top helpful!
Lake Como Kitchen is absolutely the best at everything they do!! If you do only one thing while in Lake Como, do this!!! You will not be disappointed. Genevieve and Bruce were just so helpful in every step of our experience with them; their suggestions and guidance were perfect for our small family wedding celebration. All of the food was so delicious, and the presentation was just beautiful! They made our special day that much more special! Thank you Genevieve & Bruce!

Fabulous Lake Como Cooking class- made great food, overlooking like Como - 5 star fun!
Everything about this cooking class with Lake Como Kitchen was five stars! Genevieve and Brien have created an unbelievable experience in a 500 year-old convent overlooking like Como. This was without a doubt, the best cooking class we’ve ever taken! We made tiramisu and spinach stuffed ravioli in all kinds of fun shapes. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and everything is first class from the moment you walk in until the moment we left. We are looking forward to making these great recipes at home!

Fabulous experience at Lake Como Kitchen!
This was an amazing experience with the most gracious hosts who are fabulous cooks. Our family with teens learned, laughed, and loved this day! Their home is gorgeous and clean and they made us feel like family. 10/10 and would do it again! You won’t regret booking this!

Why this scores 82
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Cook on Lake Como with amazing views at our convent: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lake Como.
How much does Cook on Lake Como with amazing views at our convent cost?
+
Prices start at $180 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lake Como usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cook on Lake Como with amazing views at our convent take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lake Como is not rushed.
Is Cook on Lake Como with amazing views at our convent worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 82 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 62 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lake Como, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cook on Lake Como with amazing views at our convent?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cook on Lake Como with amazing views at our convent suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Cook on Lake Como with amazing views at our convent?
+
Around 22 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lake Como can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lake Como and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cook on Lake Como with amazing views at our convent start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lake Como within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lake Como?
+
On Outty we rank every Lake Como experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Lake Como & Lugano: 2 Countries in 1 Day, Boat Cruise, Como, Bellagio & Varenna: Small Group from Milan with Boat Cruise, Small-Group Lake Como: Bellagio, Varenna, Hidden Gorge & Boat. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lake Como?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lake Como?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
