Interesting tour, felt safe at all times
Usually, I'm very hesitant to cycle abroad because the rules and traffic situation can be very different, but with Sergio I felt safe at all times. He knew the best places to cycle, where to go on the sidewalk and when not. The tour itself was very interesting and we learned a lot about Como and the surrounding area and we had the best views of Lake Como!

Bicycle Trip - Lake Como
Excellent bicycle tour. Combination of physical activity, visiting historic sites and seeing scenic spots.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the tour and that the mix of cycling, historic highlights, and scenic lake views made it a great experience. We really appreciate you joining us, and we hope to welcome you back to Como for another ride!

One of our favorite bike tours ever!
This was an excellent tour. My husband and I have done bike tours in multiple cities/countries & this was one of our favorites. First, it was so unique being able to see the sights with gps triggered audio guide, and then the ipad to give you some more historical context. Also, the e-bikes were smooth and great - it's largely flat but the few times we went uphill they were so helpful. Lastly, Sergio, our guide, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, warm, and clearly loves his city. Yes, Como is very busy and it's not always easy to navigate the crowds but Sergio did a great job, especially trying to take us down less crowded areas when possible and checking in on us regularly. We would recommend this tour to anyone!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this amazing review! It truly means a lot to hear that, after so many bike tours around the world, our Como experience was one of your favorites. We’re really happy you enjoyed the GPS-triggered audio guide and the iPad content — that combination is exactly what we created to make the city’s history and sights come alive in a unique way. And we’re glad the e-bikes felt smooth and helpful on the few uphill sections too. A special thank you for your kind words about Sergio. Como can definitely get busy, especially in peak times, so it’s wonderful to hear you felt well looked after, with a safe pace, regular check-ins, and routes chosen to avoid the biggest crowds when possible. We really appreciate your recommendation and would love to welcome you back anytime!

Great alternative to walking
See everything there is to see in 3 hours, would take all day if you were walking. Sergio was great and even gave us some excellent restaurant suggestions!
Response from the operator: Thank you for the fantastic review! We love that you felt you could see so much of Como in just 3 hours — that’s exactly why the e-bike tour is such a great alternative to spending the whole day walking. And we’re really happy you enjoyed Sergio’s guidance (and his restaurant tips too!). Hope you have an amazing rest of your trip, and we’d love to welcome you back next time you’re in Como.

Great alternative to walking
Great way to see all of Como and actually give your legs a little rest. Bike seats are hard but it's only a 3 hour tour and you get lots of stopping breaks.
Response from the operator: Thank you for the great feedback Holly! We’re really happy you enjoyed seeing Como by eBike — it’s definitely a nice way to cover more ground while giving your legs a break from walking. We’re glad the frequent stops made the 3-hour ride comfortable overall. We hope to welcome you back for another ride around Como and the lake!

Lake Como: eBike City Tour Guided by an iPad and a Tour Leader: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lake Como.
How much does Lake Como: eBike City Tour Guided by an iPad and a Tour Leader cost?
+
Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lake Como usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Lake Como: eBike City Tour Guided by an iPad and a Tour Leader take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lake Como is not rushed.
Is Lake Como: eBike City Tour Guided by an iPad and a Tour Leader worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 87 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 261 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Lake Como, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Lake Como: eBike City Tour Guided by an iPad and a Tour Leader?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Lake Como: eBike City Tour Guided by an iPad and a Tour Leader suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Lake Como: eBike City Tour Guided by an iPad and a Tour Leader?
+
Around 91 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lake Como can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lake Como and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Lake Como: eBike City Tour Guided by an iPad and a Tour Leader start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lake Como within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lake Como?
+
On Outty we rank every Lake Como experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Lake Como & Lugano: 2 Countries in 1 Day, Boat Cruise, Como, Bellagio & Varenna: Small Group from Milan with Boat Cruise, Small-Group Lake Como: Bellagio, Varenna, Hidden Gorge & Boat. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lake Como?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lake Como?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
