- If your hotel/resort name is not provided at time of booking and tour is missed, there wont be any refund provided.
- This tour departs Port Denarau at 9am and 1pm with check-in commencing at 8am. Your pick up will commence an hour or an hour and half before the tour. Similarly on your return, it will take an hour or an and half to get back to the resort.
- Cloud 9 has implemented a fuel surcharge of FJD10.00 per person. This is mandatory surcharge that will be collected upon check-in.
- Complimentary transfers are provided from most Nadi/Denarau Hotels, DoubleTree Resort only ,hence please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 15minutes prior to the given pick-up time. Correct timings will be advised at time of booking. If hotel/resort name is NOT provided and tour is missed, NO refund will be provided.
- For all Guests staying outside of above hotels, pick-up and drop-off are provided at an extra cost of FJD30.00 per person. This is payable direct at the Cloud 9 check-in counter.

An absolute must and no children
Cloud 9!! Absolutely the best experience in Fiji. We wanted beautiful clear blue water, uninterrupted views, peace and quiet but with a vibe - chilled Ibiza style tunes, drinks, Pizza and it lived up to it. Very chill, very cool, probably the best bar Ive ever been too for location. It’s a 60 minute boat ride from the port -denersua. ( very loud on the boat from engine noise) And then your hotel transfer on top of that. But a taxi would do it as well. Maybe because we went in August / low season - winter in Fiji- but it was pretty quiet. We had about25 people on our boat and a handful of others turned up. So loads of space and no queues - might be different in summer season. Top tip - go in the morning as the wind picks up after midday. Snorkelling and sunbathing better earlier. Plus if you love snorkelling bring your own snorkel as they only have masks on board.

A must do if you're near Nadi!
This is so much fun! I swam more in the ocean this day than all the other days at hotels combined. It was fun to meet new people and just hang out for half a day. The water is unreal and we were given snorkel gear to use if we wanted. The pizza and drinks were great. Highly recommend

good vibes
scored a little less as got moved to the am session as was told pm session wasn’t running as insufficient people, but it did run so was a bit disappointed as the afternoon would have suited me better time wise. no DJ in the am, music not super loud so couldn’t hear it much on the front deck. good vibes though more chill than expected but guess that’s just down to the crowd. need to hire gear, so bring snorkels if you want to snorkel without paying and bring a towel as none provided. nice crew and the boat over was good.
