Chichen Itza Tour
Carlos and his team were amazing! Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about Mayan history, and his upbeat and positive personality made the entire experience so much fun. Everything was very well organized and went exactly according to plan, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. He was always happy to answer questions, and you can truly tell how passionate he is about his work. He’s also fluent in multiple languages, including French, which is a huge plus for anyone who may need translation or assistance communicating. The entire team was hardworking, friendly, and professional. I had such a great experience and would absolutely book with Carlos and his team again if I ever come back!

Such an amazing tour and guides !!!!
Mike Carlos and noe were great!!!! We were on bus 1343 ! They were very informative! It was a fun tour and the guides were amazing!! They had us laughing ! They work very hard !!! I would definitely go back !!!! I would definitely recommend to any one!!!

Wonderful visit to Wonder of the world
First time in Cancun and wanted to visit the wonder of the world. We were not disappointed. We were collected early at 7am, had 3 stops to get others from other hotels. Got to the main bus and greeted by the team, Beto, Carlos, Luis and Freddy. Our packed bag of food which was a cereal bar, bread roll with him and cheese, banana and fruit juice was on our seats. The bus drive was incredibly comfortable. Beto was the best tour guide we could have had. He could have been a comedian cause he made his talks incredibly humorous and interesting. The information he gave was on point and it made the bus trip seem so short. We stopped along the way at a Mayan curio shop a few minutes from the temple and it was amazing to see the arts and crafts hand made by locals. At the temple itself Beto gave us an amazing tour. His explanations and illustrations were fascinating. The time flew by. On the way back we stopped for lunch, then a swim in a cave. As promised there was no talking once on the road back to Cancun. We eventually got back to our hotel after 8pm so a very long day. Beto and the team made this day and experience amazing. 5* review and recommended. A few points which could be improved on is the time spent at the cave swim. We had to shower before entering for hygiene purposes, get a locker and life vest then get dressed again after the swim. All this needed to be done in about half hour. Not enough time to really enjoy the experience fully. A negative which is not a Cancun passion issue, the vendors that lined both sides of the path to the temple right from the entrance. We had such a bad experience the day before at a market called Market 28 where the vendors pushed their goods on us and were really annoying. This prepared us for what we got at the temple and it’s really sad that a wonder of the world is ruined by these vendors selling generic things. Fortunately Beto had also warned us about the wood work so whilst annoying and ruining the beautiful temple experience.

Amazing day at Chichenitza and cenote swimming!
We had an amazing time on this tour. Our guide, Carlos Gonzalez and the bus driver, Wilber, were very helpful. Carlos was very knowledgeable and very funny.

An incredible historical experience
This was an incredible historical experience. It is a full day trip, but worth the time. The bus was very clean and air conditioned. The guides, Josue and Carlos, were extremely knowledgeable about the site and Mayan culture. The Mayan village and buffet was unique and enjoyable. The Cenote stop was refreshing after visiting the site. We learned so much in one day and have great memories to take home with us. Would highly recommend.
