Great informative tour. Very fast to get time in each stop. Our tour guide Rogelio Martinez was very helpful and educated us about the Mayan culture.

Beware!!!absolute disaster
This tour is an absolute disaster by the organization!!!!! Chichen itza,the cenotes and valladolid are really nice but this provider can't help it! Usually I don't rate anything positive or negative but this is where everything starts that you pay for a tour with a German speaking guide but the day before it gets notified that he can not be present! No problem, then stop in English but on the bus you actually get everything explained only in Spanish! The worst thing about the tour, they book a tour of about 11 hours and are on the road for 16 hours! You are ordered to the lobby for 6am and the bus arrives at just before 7am! Also no problem if there are problems with traffic as explained! Now be careful!!!! That's an absolute lie from the organizer! You are on the way out and on the return journey first 2 hours (total 4 hours) only because other people are squeezed into the bus to be taken to other tours! On request this is done to save costs! So it would be like booking a flight from Munich to Hamburg and because the plane is not full they just get 5 stopovers and are on the road half a day longer without it being described anywhere! I am a very quiet and calm person but with 2 small children you think beforehand for a very long time if you do such an 11 hour tour and then it becomes 16 hours! Absolute insolence.... By the way, if you book the tour and go to cenote hibuku and enjoy their lunch there! We were unlucky that one of the children swallowed and she wanted to rinse it with a water bottle from our backpack! This was ripped out of our hands by the waiter because we were only allowed to drink drinks from the restaurant for an extra charge there, which we then of course also did! Sadly, this tour but in the end the ones responsible are not the ones you really meet on the day
